MATCHDAY 12 PICK’EM
We don’t think any shocks will occur when Liverpool and Chelsea travel to promoted duo Southampton and Leicester City. Standout Fantasy captains Mohamed Salah and Cole Palmer are well-rested and ready to cause chaos.
Champions League trio Man City, Aston Villa and Arsenal are backed to gather themselves after some poor form. The Gunners are without a top-flight win in four matches but will squeeze past tricky opponents Nottingham Forest.
Meanwhile, the other pair have lost four consecutive matches across all competitions but are hosting Spurs and Crystal Palace. Ange Postecoglou’s side gifted Ipswich Town their first win of 2024/25 during Matchday 11, although the Tractor Boys are probably facing Amorim’s Manchester United at the wrong time.
Elsewhere, we predict competitive draws featuring Bournemouth, Brighton and Hove Albion, Everton and Brentford. It’d be the Bees’ their first away point.
Fulham are hopeful of winning the Raul Jimenez (and Adama Traore) derby versus Wolverhampton Wanderers, before Newcastle United emerge victorious on Monday night.
