I have Savinho as the third city player for BB GW33:
    A) Keep
    B) Swap to KDB
    C) Swap to Diaz and get Villa Mid

    Thanks.

For now, holding. He was apparently due to start today until late.

KDB is interesting but pricy. Can do it for exact cash now, but would scupper other plans unless a few hits.

A extra Villa mid probably a bit more likely than KDB. Worth noting EVE may be tricky and he hasn't hauled much this season.

Thanks, I have 2FT and the exact fund to do Savinho-Murphy to KDB-Rogers but would only have 11 dgw players.
Keeping Savinho would get me 12 dgw players using 2FT.

Not seen KDB play like that for a while. He's going out with a bang and will be hard for Pep not to start him GW33. Think he has the fitness too. Looked super sharp on MoTD.

Which move is better (if any).

    A. Livramento (avl) => Bradley (lei)

    B. Murphy (avl), Isak (avl) => Rogers (NEW, mci), Watkins (NEW, mci)

    Both moves for free.

    Bench boost GW33

I'd probably prioritise the DGW transfer.

Having said that I did buy Bradley this week myself, but that was to get two fixtures worth. (I don't see me really paying him beyond LEI so a 1 GW punt on a SGW player when there are DGW players doesn't feel massively optimal

Also Trent may be back around end of the month-ish.

Villa may get a DGW later too.

I guess it's a question of asking if each of the replacements are worth 4 points over who you're replacing.

      Howe (AVL) > Arteta (IPS/CRY)

Probably yes? Would need a decent win from Newcastle to nil, to match the score ARS might get vs. IPS alone. Arteta average in 2 consecutive games is pretty good.

      Kerkez > Saliba.

Less-so, possibly yes. Not a guaranteed win, and you don't want BOU to keep a cleanie. However would say the points are in the IPS game. Assume Palace will score...

Palmer > Saka. Depends on Saka's fitness. With Chelsea's fixtures towards end of season, it's probably a decent move till season-end.

Isak > Watkins. Tricky. If Watkins is benched one game it gets less appealing

Prefer Isak's fixture in GW35 (BHA) compared to Watkins (FUL), too.

there are loads of good midfielders, but I prefer mateta, marmoush, and watkins over 5 mids. The fifth mid would either be Bowen, Martinelli, or Rice. Don't think any of them are better.

I might omit him because you're right, not sure if he starts twice. I also prefer Isak's GW35 fixture.

(Ignoring GW34 as its a FH for
me, but if no FH you also keep Isak surely.)

    1. Murphy to Rogers
    2. Murphy to Rogers and Libra to Digne with 2ft (already have Konsa too)

Fear rest of the season is complete lottery at this point.

Title, relegation is all decided. Just a couple of CL places up for grabs.

There will be tonnes of dead rubber games, players on the beach, managers that will rotate to give squad players some minutes.

May just be worth loading up with players competing for the CL spots. Arsenal are a hard pass for me, don't care about the DGW

Anyone considering playing Isak ahead of Mateta for GW33, despite Mateta having a double gamewwek. Matetas minutes looking dodgy right now.

His double not exactly easy aswell in Bournemouth and Arsenal, Issk away to Villa difficult too I guess.

    1. Jet5605
      • 11 Years

Think we need to find out why he was subbed. If it was due to this apparent sickness bug then he could be ok for DGW33

      1. Waylander
        • 9 Years
        7 months, 27 days ago

We already know. After the game Glasner said it was for tactical reasons and because Mateta wasn’t getting involved in the game. Glasner said his mistake was changing the formation not subbing off Mateta which he said was the right call.

          • 11 Years

Okay - hadn't seen the post match presser. Mateta hasn't become a bad player overnight and could still feature in the next one and GW33. Hopefully getting pulled at HT gives him a boot up the rear.

Have 2FT going into DGW33 (will FH34). Would you BB this lot after burning 2FT to upgrade two of Livra/Isak/Murphy to Villa/Arsenal assets or just roll and BB in 35/36 when I have 3/4 FT to fix any injuries/issues?

    Raya
    Munoz - Konsa - Gvardiol
    Salah - Saka - Sarr  - Rogers
    Isak - Marmoush - Mateta

    Sels - Milenkovic - Murphy - Livra

      • 6 Years

I would BB, moving Livra to a Ruben Dias/ ARS def and Isak to Watkins. I don’t think there is a good mid option this week to move Murphy to

      1. Jet5605
        • 11 Years

Thanks - the main thing that is putting me off is Forest's fixture away to Spurs. After upgrading two NEW assets I'd have double Forest defence on the bench and I'd fancy Spurs to score as Forest aren't so good away from home. Will give it more thought

      BB
      RFT for GW35/GW36 as suggested

      Livra/Isak/Murphy to Villa/Arsenal?
      Depending on funds available

Possible Livra & Murphy (Maybe even Man City asset),
