Gameweek 31 continues this evening with a trio of fixtures for Fantasy managers to focus on. There’s the small matter of a Manchester derby at Old Trafford, with both sides impressing defensively in recent matches – United have kept out their opponents in all but one of the last five, whilst City have registered four back-to-back shut-outs and welcome skipper Vincent Kompany back from suspension:
Elsewhere, Arsenal entertain Swansea at the Emirates, with Arsene Wenger’s side looking to bounce back from Saturday’s humiliation at the Bridge. The visitors face a tough time of it, given that the Gunners have conceded once in the last six in front of their own fans, though they are without Laurent Koscielny after the Frenchman picked up a calf injury over the weekend.
Newcastle take on Everton at St James’ Park in this evening’s other match. From a Fantasy perspective, this could be one for defensive returns – the Magpies have scored once in their last five matches without the injured Loic Remy, whilst Everton have mustered a single strike in their previous four road trips. Potentially good news for Seamus Coleman and Leighton Baines owners, then.
As always, you can look to our Twitter feed for news of tonight’s lineups, while our Dugout Discussion chatroom is open and ready to go for those looking for real-time interaction.
