As if out of sympathy for the Fantasy Premier League, or podcast recording software crashed at the death this week. Finished. Kaput.

Panic ensued – hands on head there were cries of “I can’t go through that again” from host Mark as I desperately attempted to recover our lost words. Luckily, temporary files restored, our fifty fourth episode was rescued and rebuilt like Ledley King’s knee. Hopefully it won’t collapse again next week – like Ledley King’s knee.

Within it you’ll find unusually muted tones as Mark and I dissect the events or rather “non-events” of the weekend. Frustrations vented, this week’s broadcast picks up to its usual pace and departs on an optimistic note.

      You have indeed. 15 players covers each position.

      I'm no fan of Malouda but otherwise it's a good balance. You might have trouble deciding who to bench from your front eight each week which could be a problem.

        But who would you upgrade? Not enough to upgrade Bosingwa for example. I like the balance and Given/Begovic was THE keeper rotation choice for week 1. Nothing has changed that.

    Just listened to the scoutcast, if Utd keep the same team, i fancy Spurs to get something at Old Trafford. Weak spine in my opinion.

    Even more confused on who to go for between Torres and Rooney. Currently have Torres but Roy does look to park the bus away from home.

    Would it not be possible for the FFScout guys to set up a seperate thread exclusively for RMTs, a seperate thread for this player or this player, and then the other threads can just be kept pure for comments related to what is being discussed?

    Dont mind at all helping out a fellow FF'er, but seems to be you have to trawl through 50 near identikit team before finding someone with something of value to say?
