How many weeks do we think it will be until Lovren is back in the starting lineup?

I'd guess 2, 3 at the very latest, unless there is an injury or summat we don't know about

Thanks! I am thinking about putting him in my team but it is hard to do it because he wont play in gw1 probably. But... as they say. it is a marathon, not a sprint.

Neves plays deep but is on pens

Costa has more attacking threat but with Traore signing, his minutes might be managed

If I knew that Costa will be a starter, I would picked him.

      1. Critical Observer
        • 9 Years

People more knowledgeable than me seem to suggest their preferred front 3 will Costa-Jota-Traore, with Jota assuming a false-nine role.

        • 9 Years

It's hard to tell how they'll line up with Traore signing. Ideally they would push Jota up front and have Costa and Traore either side of him, but I suspect it will potentially impact on Costa's time.

Which option do you prefer and why?

    A) 2x 4.5 GKs + Bailly
    B) DDG, 4.0 + 4.5 defender

        DDG (4.0)
        6.0 6.0 4.5 (4.0 4.0)

In structure terms, option B) would lead to something like that lol

Considering that, but thinking if both is too much. Have Jota as the 6.5 mid at the moment, and King as my third striker. I wonder if he'll be the main man or playing behind Wilson, for example.

It's a members only feature which shows you points predictions for every player throughout the season and you can use it to build different drafts of teams to see how they compare to one another. My score above is based on the first 6 GW's, which is the default for the tool

    Bernard coming to Everton
    Is this affecting Richarlison?

Bernard is playing left wing same as Richarlison right?

Think Bernard is flexible, would make most sense for him to rotate with Walcott. Or maybe he's only a depth signing, I don't know

Bernard is a great player I think he is first team material
Might ease him into the league though

Bernard too big for a bench player. He can play RW and that's where I think he will for Everton as well.

Walcott and Tosun more at risk than Siggy. Possiblely Siggy plays deeper but I doubt it.

Who is on pens for Burnley -- Wood or Barnes?

Are there any penalty takers among the sub-7.0 strikers? I can find only King, Austin and Deeney.

Which would you pick as a 15m pairing?

    A) Ozil and Jota
    B) Siggy and Ramsey
    C) another combo

Rest of midfield is Salah, Mane and Stephens so need 2 starting mids.

    Cheers

A 4.5 + 4 and leaving it has that. The extra 1 or 0.5 isn't worth it in my eyes.

simple. just decide if you want premium or budget and yiu've the balls to go with a 4.0 backup.
      prem - ddg / ed
budget - fos, fab, ryan etc
      forget rotation

SSN understands Marco Silva played a key role in the last 24 hours, persuading Bernard the to join him at Goodison Park.

It’s understood the 25-year old attacking midfielder will arrive on Merseyside for a medical on Wednesday before signing subject to a work permit being granted.

The news is a major coup for Everton after many of Europe’s top club inquired as to his availability.

Last week, AC Milan thought they had signed him only for West Ham to appear to jump in to secure the free agent’s signature. Everton and Marco Silva then entered negotiations last night.

So it's Silva rather than the glorious history of Everton persuading all these players to join.
