Anyone seen any good articles or written comments comparing wood and DCL?

One plays for a team that is unbeaten so far this season, one plays for a team that hasn't won so far this season. I'd go with Wood.

Not really relevant. If the no-win team is scoring goals, their striker is still a good option.

The team that is unbeaten so far this season has scored a whopping ONE goal more than the team that hasn't won so far this season btw

Terrible point to make, Forest are barely conceding goals but are also not free scoring. Everton are horrible in defence but this places more emphasis on them scoring goals. This plus the kind fixtures means DCL is a good option.

        Welcome to FPL.

Kinda need help fixing this team...

    Raya (Areola)
    Romero, Robinson, THB, (Johnson, Nedeljkovic)
    Palmer, Salah, Smith-Rowe, Rogers, Madueke
    Haaland, Solanke, (Joao Pedro)

    2FT, 0.5 ITB, no WC

    I know, it's a mess... so:
    1) Pedro to Ndiaye (good fixtures) or RaulJimi (good form)
    2) Johnson / Nedel to Rico Lewis (didn't start mid week and may replace Rodri)
    3) Both of the above or something else?

    3 main dilemmas:

    1. DCL vs Wood
    2. Which GK
    3. Havertz vs Saliba/Timber

Yeah thinking this. Or Raya and a 4.5 if you have the funds, but 10m on keepers is prob too much.
Although I may go Sanchez, not much in it. Think the may be defensively better.

Agree. If Raya out, I'm looking at Sanchez. Caught prise rises for both this week. Will make a decision as late as reasonable.

Basically boils down to which option you prefer:

        A) Raya + 4.5m GK + 6-7m FW
        B) 4.5 GK + 4.0 GK + Havertz

Bear in mind you'll want to transfer one of the GKs in option A out at some point and it seems like a no-brainer to me.

Can you talk me into it, please? I hate having to waste a transfer when the same player is up against Everton next week, but maybe it's time to give up the ghost on this one; solanke probably has more potential over the next 6 games, anyway

His toe was already broken in the last game against Fulham, and he played the whole 90.
I think Howe is doing the usual manager shenanigans and mind games. Isak will start at St James Park expect, probably score. Everton next. Happy days.

Yeah he is gone soon, but will give him Chelsea and Tottenham who are susceptible at the back

I think there is enough doubt for me to give Raya a miss on WC.

He would have started the Bolton Cup game if fit. Arteta forced to start Porter (16 year old) and Neto was cup tied
