    Crazy to keep Diaz?
    I kinda feel he’s got a goal vs Chelsea but then Arsenal away…probably should have got rid this GW but had Rogers and DCL to play.
    Could be Diaz Semenyo to Bowen Johnson for free now?

      Thinking of transferring out the same two players. Along with Bowen & Johnson, I've got McNeil in the running. I prefer the fixtures of Johnson & McNeil, but when Bowen's on a streak he's hard to ignore.

        Foden is world class. I am certain he plays if fit to play. Pep roulette is pep roulette however, I'll roll the dice, him Palmer and Saka are the three best mids in the league IMO

      Mixed enough defence. Don’t know what to make of Dalot, got rid last week for VdV so that backfired a little. I like the Foden pick given the fixtures, even if it is risky.

      Say ESR drops tonight, I can still sell him for 5.6mil? As in the sell price won’t drop until ‘actual’ goes back down below that?

      Basically I’m asking, on WC, should I be getting rid of ESR for the likes of McNeil now to catch the rises and miss the drops, or does it only matter if ESR drops further?

          1 FT? 2.5m itb isn't ideal. Funds should be in your first 11, for genuine value players.

    The only realistic way I can afford Mbeumo is by selling Havertz. Would it be a mistake to sell him despite the fixture swing?

      Smooth: Finally turned my disastrous GW4 WC (missing the deadline with 4m+ ITB) into a positive by spending the money and 4 saved transfers on a whopping extra 9 points his week!

      Sold: D.Jota + Diaz + Smith Rowe + Pedro* = 13pts
      Bought: Mbeumo + Foden + Johnson + Solanke = 22ps
      *Would have played Rogers

      My cheapo, bare-bones defence did quite well with an assist from Lewis and clean sheet from Digne. Pope, who I really didn't want in my team (but got him just for the price rise at the start of my WC (just in case!!!)), got a clean sheet. Meanwhile, the popular Arsenal defence, which I haven't invested in, didn't manage to keep one. I also went against advice on here by playing Wood (8pts) instead of Rogers (3pts).

      My GW4 WC dropped me from 40k to 200k immediately (can't stress enough how much I wasted that WC, just like the book I have on my shelf but never read! - perhaps I need to). However, even after selling Jota (9pts) this week, captaining Haaland (2pts) and not owning Saka or Havertz, and a not-particularly-noteworthy GR of 2.3m, I have risen from 105k to 56k overall.

      Rough: 46 pts

      Smooth: still miles ahead of the WC6 template after getting 72 last week.

      It’s a bit silly looking at singular GWs, but this place thrives on it.

        Interesting take. As a WC6er I got a paltry 37 last week and a more respectable 74 this week. “Miles ahead” of the curve is an optimistic view.

          Well up from 1.4m to 600k over the 2 weeks

          Was at least 20 up on the elite average last week (can’t remember exactly but it was big) vs 9 down this week

          So miles ahead seems appropriate to me,

          It’s almost like you might not be representative of every WC

      Rough: Double Arsenal clean sheet wipe out hurt.

      Smooth: 74 points for a 2m green arrow and some GW6 WC redemption. Marathon not a sprint etc.

    What would you do with this team?

    TAA, Gabriel, Faes,
    Salah, Saka, Palmer, Mbuemo, ESR,
    Watkins, DCL,

    Lis, Robinson, Harwood B, Fraser.

    I know I have no City atm, and I'm probably happy to lose Salah for this next few weeks so been looking at Salah, Watkins to Haaland, 6.2 mid. However, I don't know if I want to be getting rid of Watkins. I've done well with no Haaland all season, I'm half tempted to carry on, maybe do Salah to Foden and upgrade Fraser to Solanke

        Thanks. I do think ESR is a lot likely to get a return - even if he’s cooled off lately - than Dibling. And if there are minute doubts, I’d probably play Greaves instead (if not move ESR along altogether). Team must be in a decent spot then

        You do understand that 2nd half was an anomaly with regard to how Spurs played, right? Even if it weren’t, Solanke is now on 3 consecutive GW’s of returns (atrocious personal/collective 2nd half or not). I think you’re putting a little too much weight on it personally lol
