What's a better use of my transfer?
    A) Lewis to Dalot
    B) Smith Rowe to B Johnson and then bench Raul for Johnson

Probably B but I fancy Fulham to win this weekend so wouldnt be surprised if both Raul and ESR return

Same question for me. Have funds for esr to Johnson but esr has palace and wolves next. Could definitely get a goal in one of those, could be benched too

    A) Jackson + Dibling to Strand Larsen + Kulu
    B) Jackson + Buonanotte to Cunha + Kulu
    C) Jackson to Solanke

I still expect Son to have his mins managed even though Rich/Werner/Moore are injured.

Maddison/Kulu could get mins on the left.

70-75 mins is my prediction for Son

    Ange on Heung-Min Son...
'He obviously had the injury, and we brought him back, and he had a relapse. We don’t want to put him in that position. We’re building him up, managing his minutes...

    1. Tonyawesome69
      • 6 Years

Maybe 75 is a bit too optimistic...

      03/11 - 56 mins v Villa
      07/11 - 45 mins v Galatasaray
      10/11 - 70 mins v Ipswich?

Probably less if the game is won, which is not unlikely.
I just hope they get a penalty at 0-0 or 1-1 with all of Son, Solanke and Maddison on the pitch.

Agreed on game state playing a big factor on reduced mins. Certainly wouldn't Son (C) if there are other alternatives with higher xMins

"Yeah like I said, for Sonny, he obviously had the injury and we brought him back and he had a relapse. We don’t want to put him in that position.

We’re building him up, managing his minutes, hopefully we can build that up. We can’t afford more injuries in that position. We got Wilson, Richy, Mikey, we can’t afford to lose another player."

More likely Maddison on the left than Kulu....

On Kulusevski moving into the middle:
Not a specific moment, I said before, with Decky, the way we get our wingers to play doesn't suit him. Not his skillset, more his personality.

He's better when he's more involved, playing in the middle allows him to do that.

The difference is bigger among the sharp managers.
Among the elite according to FPLReview last GW:
          Salah was owned by 69%
          Haaland by 37,5%

Since then, among the general population which includes "captain the highest scorer" and the "sharp":
            Haaland was sold by 375k.
            Salah was bought by 315k.

What determines whether a manager is "sharp"?

I'd say the minimum is to have some understanding of game theory, or a buddy who does, and doesn't mind if you copy his team.

The guys who did well historically in past seasons. Some are smart and some, well, you can't stop wondering if they can tie their shoes when you hear them speak or read their posts. The later being the buddies of a smart guy.

FPLReview calls hem elite, while LiveFPL calls them legendary.

Whoever came up with this phrase needs a prod with something sharp.

Salah safer, Haaland higher potential, Solanke... just don't.

I must have missed a point (in the last decade) when DCL became relevant option.

Truly surprised people are discussing his replacement, why would anyone own him in the first place?

Ancelotti managed to get a "tune" out of him for a brief period, but yeah, by and large he's shite.

The pandemic broke some on here's brains, so they think they're still in 2020, hence them still rating the likes of Calvert-Lewin, Sterling, Son, Vardy, Gundogan, Robertson, Walker, etc

3 G/A in 5 games before GW6 wildcard, excellent fixtures, cheap. It's not hard to see the appeal.

None of us expected the likes of Wood and Welbeck to do so well in comparison. But if you want to be a hindsight warrior, go for it.

Bruno and Solanke -4 , Son and Cunha -4 or stick with Haaland and Rogers?

Although Haaland been relatively poor, i cant see a scenario I am transferring him out for a hit (without injury)

DCL needs to go, have narrowed it down to Welbeck or Wood, which one would you go with?

Forest fixtures are not getting any better from now on and feel I've missed the boat here and Brighton fixtures are getting better but don't like the next two though...
Almost start thinking I should keep DCL, West ham are not in their best form atm...

Neither, Cunha or JSL are the ones, hold until 19 then move to Wood.

Have Cunha already, not keen on doubling up

Go Welbeck then, Wood can wait for better fixtures.

Yeah. Starts to feel I take this too seriously, as it feels like Christmas when I finally tomorrow get to do the clean up the free hits just havent been enough for.
First look says only 6 current players get to stay onwards.
Finally get to sort goaltenders, get rid of Porro, Soton boys. Finally get Palmer in, so font have fear chelsea games....

    Rogers Vs Liverpool away

    B) sell for B.Johnson (IPS, mci)
