Salah for me. All could score well.

Palmer for me as I think Fulham are quite decent ; could backfire massively though given the low odds of another double calamity penalty set up

Just keep in mind Fulham are without both first choice centre backs. They are a better defensive unit than Brentford though for sure.

    Verbruggen (Fabianski)
    AitNouri Kerkez Gabriel (Hall Andersen)
    Palmer Saka Salah Mbeumo (Rogers)
    Wood Pedro Cunha

    3FT, 3.1m

    1) Mbeumo >> Enzo
    2) Mbeumo >> someone else
    3) Roll transfer

    1. Waylander
      • 9 Years
      1 year, 8 days ago

I don't mind selling Mbeumo if you can use the funds to upgrade elsewhere but a straight swap for Enzo isn't a good choice so 3 from your options.

      1. Bushwhacker
        • 6 Years
        1 year, 8 days ago

Why is Enzo not a great swap?

        1. Waylander
          • 9 Years
          1 year, 8 days ago

because you are swapping a penalty and free kick taker for someone who might play DM in some games and isn't on pens. Enzo obviously plays in a better side but he's not their main attacking threat.

          1. ran
            • 4 Years
            1 year, 8 days ago

You got a very good point there. Kinda overlooked Mbeumo for his attacking prowess i.e set pieces and main attacking threat even though he has the tougher fixtures coming up.

Enzo came into consideration because of his form and good fixtures. But not the key man with so many Chelsea players that can score good points.

            1. Waylander
              • 9 Years
              1 year, 8 days ago

Yeah I'm not saying Enzo is a bad pick but his biggest appeal is the price so if it's a straight swap to Enzo and you aren't usuing the money to upgrade your team elsewhere I think you can hold off this week.

More good advice. Had Mbeumo and feel Brentford are trying to lessen his threat to help shore up the back ; where Chelsea are letting Enzo roam because teams focus on taking Palmer out of the game.

Afraid of just 2 playing defenders. Do you think Bruno and Greaves -> Eze and Timber are good moves? Or something else here?

    (2FT, 0.0 itb)

    Fabianski (Flekken)
    Gabriel*/Cucurella/RAN (Greavea, Faes)
    Salah/Palmer/Saka/Bruno (Rogers)
    Jackson/Cunha/Wood

Not sure how Eze could be considered a good move unless its 2023.

      1. GE
        • 9 Years
        1 year, 8 days ago

Kind of agree, but he was good at the end of last season, and I wanted to be ahead of the curve when they soon will have great fixture

    2. Onz
      • 8 Years
      1 year, 8 days ago

While I believe Eze is a good pick, there is nothing wrong with your mids and forwards (imo).
Gabriel is a hold. Cucurella will get some attacking returns at some stage over the season but that is not his natural game. I love him ( Chelsea supporter) but atm he does not have it in him for a great first touch and strike towards goal, and more likely to support the supporter. 2 pointer with a clean sheet potential.
Faes is losing playing time but his price is right. Greaves could be a transfer out but with a non existent bank balance I would wait and accumulate some more transfers. Good luck I think you shouls wait a game week and get some more information before making a move.

      1. GE
        • 9 Years
        1 year, 8 days ago

Thanks for a really good analysis! I totally agree that it’s many players I want to shift out, i.e Cucurella, so it would be great to have more transfers. Maybe better to just accumulate transfers here and maybe just have 10 players. Defenders often get 2 points anyway

    3. Boz
      • 13 Years
      1 year, 8 days ago

Pray on Gabriel. I don't think anything else is worth 2 transfers to get the money itb. Bruno is a good pick so wouldn't want to lose him l

Also, although Timber is fit, calariori/zinzencko probably not might force him to play on the left (partey right) where is much less of an attacking threat.

Hi - would you use your bench boost with this fine lot?

    Raya (Fab)

Timber, Van Diyk, Gomez, (Colwill, Dunk)

    Salah, Fernandes, Bowen, Mbeumo (Rogers)

    Isak, Havertz, Solanke

The reason I ask is that I have a strong enough squad currently, with mostly decent fixtures this week. Still have my WC, which i'll need to play soon. Doubt i'll carry such a strong bench in the future, but happy to do so over Christmas.

Given that my squad will likely be weaker after WC, with more money in the 11 - now might be the time to play it?

Not expecting any, not owning Palmer really pinned me out of the top 100k for some weeks now, the defender move is just to fund Palmer and probably will sit 4th and 5th on the bench most times. Maybe Van Den Berg from BRE?
