Early benching headache for this week, especially if Gakpo back. Who would you bench out of

    A. Wood (ARS)
    B. Gakpo (NEW)
    C. Isak (liv)
    D. Rogers (cry)
    E. Dango (bha)
    F. Kluivert (bha)

    Currently thinking Wood, maybe Rogers

Bench or sell Rogers. I thought it would be a hard one until I saw his name there. His league form is dreadful, he's a card magnet, and Palace have only conceded more than twice in one game this season: 5 GC vs Arsenal in GW17

Thank you. Yes relooking at his form bar a couple of hauls he’s been poor from FPL perspective for a while - albeit was a great option for the price for a while. Was planning on shifting him for 29 anyway (rolling next 2 weeks and then going Gakpo, Rogers, TAA > Cunha, Mbeumo, Gvardiol is the plan)

I got rid too for this gameweek - always scores a hattrick in any competition prior to the PL and then just gets a yellow card at the weekend. Great player in real life, better FPL assets though at the moment at the same price

I'll have 4FT in GW29, but am not allowed to make any transfers until the next window at GW30, but I can play a chip.

I'll FH because otherwise I'll have about 6 players at best, but do I keep those 4FT in GW30 or lose em?

Rules changed this season so you don't lose transfers after playing a chip, right? Can't find on the rules page (I didn't look very hard).

Yes you now keep your FTs after playing a chip. Hows your experiment of only using transfers like mini WC's at set times going? What's your OR?

My new experiment is not looking at rank, so I have no idea. Team is linked if you wanted to look.

I think I sneaked a green last week, but before that it was about 10 red arrows on the bounce. Peaked at number 1 for Antarctica, but been all downhill since then!

In an ideal world, sure but:

            26th February - Newcastle (H)
            5th March - PSG (A)
            8th March - Southampton (H)
            11th March - PSG (H)
16th March - Newcaslte (LC Final)

A start vs. NEW if fit enough looks likely. Mins in the tank and a weeks rest ahead of UCL, where they'll want him to start.

Theb they'll also want him to start 2nd leg, and probably the League Cup final.

xMins for SOU not looking that great...

Sorry the 'fit enough' comment was more abut Gakpo in my head.

Think Trent is more likely to start SOU than Gakpo, but I still think there's a risk he doesn't.

The early subs of late have been telling. Maybe a start and early sub again - but it does feel a good game for Bradley.

because they are looking at it through biased eyes that see what they want to see that would benefit them. Just like in actual football with fans and managers. If they didnt own Wissa, their eyes would be seeing no touch.

This is the turning week for FH29, as it stands I have 8 potential players if I include Pedro along with O'Shea, so could get to 11 possible starters with FTs.

But my obvious move is Pedro out, benching Newcastle players or jettisoning some ahead of Liverpool.

Would you compromise the next 3 gw's of transfers to save for FH34, or just play FH29 as planned?

Based on team state but don't see massive value in FH29. So many other playable options.

The compromise you'll have to make in DGW33/GW34 will be far more frustrating if no FH.

I have to FH. Potential team I came up with doesn't even look that good, so I'd save it if possible. The only real way I can see if being valuable is the Haaland (c) option is easy to get to - that said he's gonna be injured and every man and his dog will get Marmoosh anyway.

My aim is to save FTs by rolling up to & then using in GW29

I have six players not playing so hope whilst keeping GW scores going will
      have a starting eleven

I would possible hold you FH until GW34 as more teams not playing, if wanting
to field eleven then maybe spread the hits in the coming weeks so each
GW up to & including GW 29 (-4) (x2 players out)

View at 36seconds. Non owners adamant Wissa didn’t touch and owners saying he did. It does look like he did from that angle. However, it’s definitely not obvious therefore hard to justify awarding the assist.

Still hope for back end of season - hope to over turn 3 reds out of last 4 Gws,
last GW non Konsa or Gakpo but enjoying the challenge - small margins

OR 140,068 only 30 points behind top OR 50,000
