    Best combo for GW29:

A: RAN, Palmer, Beto & Haaland (Rogers & Salah would be benched but Isak sold)
B: Bednarek, Minteh, Nwaneri & Haaland (TAA, Salah & Isak would be benched)

Depends how it effects your plans for GW29, and beyond. If you are using FH followed by WC30 I wouldn't do it.

    Henderson (Valdimarsson)
    TAA, Gabreil, Estupiñán (Aina, Greeves)
    Salah, Palmer, Mbeumo, Kluivert, Winks
    Wood, Isak (Cunha)

    2FT, 1.8m ITB

I'm thinking Winks to Nwaneri (bench Cunha) this GW, but I'd still need to take a -4 to field the 10 below in GW29. Should I FH GW29?

    Gabreil, Aina, Cresswell, Greeves
    Salah, Mbeumo, Kluivert, Nwaneri
    Wood, Haaland (c)

    Henderson, Valdimarsson, TAA, Salah, Isak

Arne Slot on his team selection, with the second-leg of the PSG tie to be played on Tuesday evening.

'Southampton is the most important... I might start the same XI, but only two days between. We had to fight really hard [in Paris], and it's probably the 50th game in three months - so you take it all in account!'

'I see the advantages of playing with the same team, but I am aware you cannot play the same XI every week, so I have rotated. Others don't get the time they deserve; Harvey Elliott is a good example.'

I am tempted to keep. I have Schade on the bench. I would sell for marmoush with 29 and 30 in mind.

Let's put it this way, I would be more gutted (like devastated lol) if I sell gakpo and he starts or comes on and hauls, rather than I keep him and he doesn't start and Schade blanks.

I would be concerned if I had someone other than TAA, VvD or Salah.

But those 3 seems pretty nailed to start still. Slot doesn't like to rotate. I saw a stat that Klopp's favorite XI he only ever played 5 times together. Slot's favorite XI (the one vs PSG) he's played 6 times this season already.

Bradley isn't fit so TAA I'm pretty sure starts and gets like 60 mins. Salah is Salah. I'm not too concerned.

      1. Black Knights
        • 13 Years
        9 months, 3 days ago

Yeah i also saw that stat and my mind was truly blown.

TBF, only 6 times as his favoured XI in what, 40 odd games so far isn't that high either. Much higher than Klopp's 5 in 500 though.

Quansah could start instead of Trent, possibly. Although he might be needed to rest Konate, who has had his injury issues.

    Gabriel, Timber, TAA, Hall, Castagne
    Salah, Palmer, Mbeumo, Kluivert, Rogers

    0.6 itb 5ft

    GW28 -> Hall to RAN
