The October international break reached its conclusion in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Well over 200 Premier League players have been representing their countries over the last week.

In this piece, we tot up how many minutes each FPL asset clocked up while on duty. Amassed game-time is sometimes a factor after an international break, although as we’re still in the early stages of 2025/26, ‘fatigue’ is probably not going to be as big a deal as it will be later in the campaign.

For all the injury scares that have emerged ahead of Gameweek 8, check out our early team news round-up and Thursday’s press conference coverage.

The game-time compilation is now mostly automated, with the subsequent tables coming from Datawrapper.

With this being a relatively new process of logging the game-time, let us know below if you spot anything untoward.

ANY LATE RETURNEES?

Players from non-European countries are often the last ones back through the door at their respective clubs, which raises concerns about their availability for the upcoming Gameweek.

While those concerns frequently amount to nothing, there are occasions where international exertions have been a factor.

As usual, there were some international fixtures taking place in the Americas in the early hours of next Wednesday morning – although considerably fewer than normal:

‘G+A’ are goals and assists.

HOW MANY MINUTES EACH PLAYER RECEIVED: A CLUB-BY-CLUB GUIDE

Please note that any gaps in the M2 column should be because a player didn’t appear in the matchday squad in one of their country’s two internationals (not necessarily the second game).

Zeros indicate they were in the matchday squad but were unused.

Heraclitus a little flick, here he comes on the far post, Socrates is there, Socrates heads it in! Socrates has scored! The Greeks are going mad, the Greeks are going mad! Socrates scores, got a beautiful cross from Archimedes. The Germans are disputing it. Kilman will be the next Senesi/Anderson.
Haven't seen his name nearly anywhere. He was high in defcons last year (and has done ok so far this season). Nuno will sort that defence out. Good upcoming fixtures He's my pick to get ahead of the curve

Wolt is on the cusp of being an absolute legend or a bird splat in the road.
I love a gamble so him.

Not much between them. I trust WHU least for goals, so despite usually being involved when they do score, and not being on pens, I’d put Bowen 3rd. Mateta has been wasteful lately and Nketiah may eat into his minutes. So I think Wolte edges it - also slightly cheaper

    Best move here? BB Active.

    A) Save FT
    B) Alderete -> Mukiele
    C) Alderete & Gyokeres -> Calafiori & Wolte

    Pope, Dubravka
    Timber, Senesi, Richards, Rodon, Alderete
    Saka, Semenyo, Sarr, Gordon, Xhaka
    Haaland, Gyokeres, Mateta

    Bank 0.1m, 3FTs, BB & FH left

      Enzo for sure.

Only scenario I would consider Caicedo is if the plan is mainly 1st sub him, would probably take Caicedo's floor and the extra cash as a fill-in

The models seem to prefer Gordon, the youtubers prefer Woltemade... Which would you pick?

I think Gordon scores more points, but there's loads of MID options in the 6-8m price range that can match. And fewer FWD options that can match Woltemade.

So probably Woltemade based on the principle of points against a replacement player.

Here's my draft WC team just to put something different out there.

Big gamble on Salah coming back to his level and a premium starting team beating the full squads (#benchingheadache) most are rolling with. Plan is to use "Salah going to AFCON money" and BB somewhere in 16-19. Other chips already used.

    Pope Dubs
    Timber Chalabah Senesi Rodon Mukiele
    Salah Saka Semenyo Enzo King
    Haaland DCL (4.3 FWD)
0.0 ITB (0.1 if Wolt gets his rise before I lock this in)

If I go this radical path, last debate is Senesi + Mukiele vs Richards + 4.4 WH defender. Probably leaning the latter.

Take the risk on BB with Alderete or use FT for Alderete -> Mukiele?

I usually make this call by deciding which bad outcome happening would annoy me less

      So, would you rather:
Transfer Mukiele in but Alderete plays, losing a transfer?
      OR
No transfer but Alderete is out, losing probably 2 but maybe 4 or 6+ points?

Whats the first choice back 4 for Sunderland?

Where does Ballard fit in with Alderete and Mukiele all available?

I'm sure some serious work went into compliling this article.

    Top marks.

Is Senesi a benching risk? Presumably didn't arrive back until late Thursday or Friday?

Romero has until Sunday so that helps his cause.
