Due to popular demand and taking inspiration from soft furniture retailer sales across the land, we are pleased to say that Fantasy Football Scout Premium Memberships for the 2021/22 season are still available at the pre-season cost of £20 – but only for a little while longer.

We have given our users until the start of the September international break to sort out their subscriptions for the new campaign but this really is last-chance saloon territory, as yearly Premium Memberships will rise to the regular season price on Thursday.

So, if you haven’t already, make sure to sign up before that point in order to secure the best-value rate.

The yearly fee works out at an equivalent of less than £1.67 a month as, instead of expiring on June 1 as was previously the case, these rolling annual subscriptions now cover a full 12-month period.

That’s better value than our rivals are currently offering for the equivalent all-access Premium Membership package.

SIGN UP FOR THE NEW SEASON HERE

We’re continuing to reinvest resources into the site, building a team of talented contributors for the new season (see below) and working on an exciting new design for the Premium Members Area, complete with new tools and features.

We’re also dishing out £6k-worth of prizes in the 2021/22 campaign – more details of that available here.

HOW CAN SCOUT MEMBERSHIP HELP MY FPL TEAM?

You’ll be joining legions of other Fantasy managers by signing up, including former FPL winners Adam Levy, Simon March and Tom Fenley.

Thousands upon thousands of Fantasy bosses take advantage of our subscriptions and sign up every year, using the stats and tools to aid their Gameweek planning.

MEMBERS-ONLY ARTICLES AND ADVICE

Ex-FPL winner Simon March: How to avoid getting carried away with your GW1 picks

You’ll get exclusive content, advice and team reveals from some of the best Fantasy managers in the business, including Hall of Fame number one Fábio Borges, ex-champion Simon March, five-time top 1k finisher Tom Freeman, three-time top 200 finisher Lateriser, six-time top 5k finisher Zophar, 2020/21 FanTeam winner Josh Wooldridge and four-time Sky top 50 finisher Niall Murphy – amongst others.

If that wasn’t enough, Fantasy Football Scout’s founding father, Mark Sutherns, is returning to the site to supply weekly video appearances throughout the season. Again, only Premium Members will get unrestricted access to Mark’s content.

We have regular Members-only articles, too, such as Captain Sensible, which provides in-depth analysis on the top contenders for the armband every Gameweek.

RATE MY TEAM AND PROJECTIONS

Our Projections and Rate My Team tools are both live for Gameweek 4 and beyond, so you can head over there now to start importing your teams and see how many points our algorithm thinks you’ll score and which players you should bench.

SEASON TICKER

Our Season Ticker can help you sort by opponent difficulty to spot those upcoming fixture swings, while you can also find out which teams’ matches rotate well.

Wolves, for example, have leapt to the top of our Season Ticker after a tricky start – but there are some tough games ahead for Aston Villa.

Disagree with the Fantasy Football Scout difficulty ratings? Add you own to customise your experience.

TRANSFER PLANNER

Not being able to see your team in future Gameweeks is a common criticism of FPL but with our Transfer Planner, which comes free with a Premium Membership, you can do just that.

Plan your transfers and starting XIs for Gameweek 4 and beyond by moving players in and out of your side.

HEAD-TO-HEAD COMPARISONS

Stuck between two potential transfer targets for the upcoming Gameweek? Compare both teams and players head to head, with over 100 key statistics and graphics to study side by side.

If you’re using our new beta site, you can draw statistical comparisons in more a more visually appealing manner, too.

PLAYER AND TEAM STATS

From goal threat to expected data, there are hundreds upon hundreds of player and team statistics available, which can help guide your Fantasy transfer decisions.

Our ‘per 90′ tickbox allows you to sort players’ stats per 90 minutes, too, to level the playing field for those assets with differing amounts of game-time.

MATCH ANALYSIS

Want to know where it went right and wrong in previous Gameweeks?

We’ve got analysis of every Premier League match (going back to 2011/12!), together with charts which plot average positions and a collection of heatmaps for touches, shots and chances created, among other statistics.

CUSTOM STATS TABLES

Premium Members can also create custom tables based on the data available and share them with other subscribers to help with FPL team planning.

Perhaps the most famous of these is Joe’s Goals Imminent table, which looks to predict which underperforming assets will find the net next.

GAMEWEEK DASHBOARD

Pre-season price offer extended for FFScout Premium Membership 11

Enter your FPL ID for personalised visuals and check your live rank as the Gameweek progresses.

FLAT-TRACK BULLY TOOL

Our Flat-Track Bully tool helps subscribers to identify Fantasy assets with good records against specific clubs.

This will help you pinpoint players who perhaps perform better against weaker opposition for those close captaincy calls – and even those who thrive against the top teams, like Raúl Jiménez (£7.5m) famously did in 2018/19.

TESTIMONIES

2018/19 Fantasy Premier League champion Adam Levy was a paid-up Premium Member of our site and he discussed what tools of ours he finds most useful in an interview after his triumph.

In previous seasons we’ve helped FPL winners Tom Fenley and Simon March, while in 2015/16 we were thrilled to see Ed Masters – the winner of that year’s Members’ League – finish third in the overall rankings.

In 2017/18, Paul Gee went one better. He won our Members’ League and finished second, losing out to champion Yusuf Sheikh by just eight points.

Be sure to check out all the other benefits of signing up as a Premium Member here. A full FAQ on our Premium Members’ Area is also available here.

If you’ve any feedback or suggestions of content that you’d like to see added to the Premium Members’ Area, then please feel free to drop us a line at support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

Surely Ings and Barnes out for -4 should be my moves for this week?

    Sanchez
    TAA/Shaw/Duffy
    Salah/Bruno/Greenwood/Barnes*/Raph
    Ings*/Antonio

    Steele/Ayling/Tsim/Scarlett

I think when playing your WC you need to look more long term, Kilman Liv and Williams aren't good enough options, same could be said for Gray who has massively over performed. Steele over Foster now? Rest looks great.

I hear what you’re saying re: Liv and Williams. My thinking is they’re great enablers who will start matches. Only bench cover.

Alternatively. I could have Regulion Raphinha Benrahma instead of Kilman, Jota and Gray..

It's logical that Arsenal's net spend looks awful because every single deal was a loan, except Willock was sold and others were released. We can't sell good, let alone below average players and it's been like that for ages. Someone at this club should take a Marina Granovskaia transfers masterclass.

White, Odegaard, Ramsdale, Tomiyasu, Lokonga, Tavares are 23 years old or even younger. I understand this means setting up squad for the future and they need time to settle in. Nothing unexpected happened to be fair and these are realistic signings club can make at this point.

The problem with Arsenal is that its all fair and less signing these players with potential, but you've got no leaders in the dressing room. No good leaders anyway. No Henrys, Vieiras, Bergkamps, Campbell, Keowns, Adams.

These young players are just going to become average not because of technical skill but because nobody is instilling the correct character in them, they'll just learn off bad influences, join cliques eventually bad mouthing the regime.

One thing I'd be targeting in recruitment if I was Arsenal is that the signings need to be captains of their current clubs, at least that way you know they've got some character.

To be fair they could have spent another £100 million this window and still be well off the level of the top 4.

Clubs rise and fall. Ferguson and Wenger did exceptionally good jobs at rebuilding teams and staying at the top. Now with the cash that Chelsea and Man City have, they will remain at the top.

Liverpool may falter when the current excellent team runs its course. That might be when Arsenal (or others) have a chance to rise again.

I know everyone's asking this but with 2ft would you do Bruno + Ings > Torres/Grealish + Ronaldo?

Am worried Ronnie will come on as a sub v Newc and that Bruno will haul meantime (according to fantasy sod's law)

Same possible transfers and same worry.

I love these sarcastic responses to questions.

I reckon he will want the golden boot.

This question has put me off getting him in the 1st place. I will wait till the last date to get any kind of info on whether he starts or not, based on which I will then sell Bruno to get him.

    Morning

Can anyone confirm whether Ronaldo's price is locked for the first 7 days?

Pretty sure I read somewhere that this is the case for new players but just wanted to check.

Not 100% sure on the 7 days, but players new to the prem are certainly price locked for a period

According to fplstats he is locked until 11th Sept.

So is it possible that he rises as soon as the next GW starts?

My understanding is the transfers while locked do not count towards price increases. It will be the transfers once unlocked that will do that.

      @Bob

Yes, that looks like being the case, perhaps a day or too earlier than that.

    Good WC ?
    Sanchez* (Begović)
    Shaw , Coufal , Dias* , (livra ,Williams )
    Salah, Raphina, Benrahma, Gray (Sissoko)
    Ronaldo, Lukaku, Antonio

    A- Sanchez & Dias
    B- Sà & Reguilón

I looked at a similar draft but just felt there was more value in going with 2 big hitters and getting two of Greenwood/Jota/Torres, etc instead.

IMHO, any of them could match or beat Lukaku's output over the next few games given his fixtures.

On Wildcard thoughts? Feel as if it’s balanced enough. Other option is Bamford and Son over Lukaku and Traore?

    Bachmann
    James Regulion Semedo
    Salah Jota Traore Gray
    Ronald Lukaku Antonio

    Foster Liv Williams Skipp

I do not like the idea of Traore & Gray being the 3rd & 4th mids. Can downgrade one of Ronaldo/Lukaku to bolster midfield imo

Trent could easily be the highest scorer player in the game over the next few GW's.

Going without him on a WC is madness in my opinion.

I like it but the news around Firminho injury "not serious" and 2 weeks off might make me sweat on Jota. If you can hold off on Jota id deffo make first 2 moves. Torres might well be the FPL player of the season if he stays no9

Question. Does the arrival of Dan James at Leeds impact on Raphinha's minutes in any way?

The chatter around is that it would be Harrison's place that would be at risk

Harrison plays on the left and I have seen James playing only on the right side (even when Rash injured). So it just doesn't make any sense to me.

James plays on the left for Wales

Heard that Raph might move more central to accommodate James but let's see.

I think your more likely to see Raphina drop into the no10 and Rodrigo back to the bench to rotate with Patty Bamchops!

Don't think so. Someone here thought that Harrison's minutes might be at risk, but I doubt that.

    Thoughts on this team

    Sanchez
    Coleman TAA Coady
    Traore Allan Mane torres
    Antonio lukaku ronaldo

    Sub- sissoko, foster, williams, livramento

Thinking of bringing in DCL for lukaku and Jota for torres after
After gameweek 4 (id bring lukaku back in gameweek 7 onwards)
And perhaps jota switch to Mount . Happy to also switch traore to a leeds player if he doesnt deliver in gwk 4/5

    Thoughts?

I'd just start with Jota and DCL and just bring in Lukaku in GW7.

I am thinking that the best way to go is with 3 forwards.Antonio,Dcl,Jimenez.It's really close but i think that Jimenez+Dcl could offer more than Lukaku in the next 3 games.Wolves were unlucky not to score until now and 3 really good fixtures(Wat,Bre,Sou) are coming.Dcl is on form and they also have 3 really good fixtures(Bur,Villa,Nor).Any thoughts?
