I've got the exact same quandry. I think I'm going Solanke -> Muniz. My reasoning is:

      - There's no guarantee Solanke will be 100% for GW3
      - Solanke's GW 3 & 4 fixtures are no good
      - His price is likely to drop if I hold him
      - Muniz has very good upcoming fixtures

Oops. I don't have the exact same quandry. I would be making the move for free. I'd be more inclined to hold if it was for a hit but it's a tough one.

    Which would u prioritize ?

    A) ESR

ESR has a knack for goals and is widely expected to play the 10 role. Andreas has the set pieces like you said and may be pushed further forward again with the signing of Berge. IMO both are good options so go with your gut.

ESR has the better fixture, xMins around 70.

Pedro may have the higher xMins out the three, on pens but tougher fixture.

Not sure on Nkunku with the mins played so far. I think he starts but probably expecting 60 mins.

Injuries provide some variety on strategy and who people pick for replacements. The game has become more boring with everyone flocking like sheep to random picks like Nkunku, Barco for example. Both terrible picks with massive ownership. Keep the price changes , punish bandwagon terrible picks . The price rises when the sheep flock to a new flavour of the month player so it works both ways.

After a full week of mulling over whether to sell Gordon or Jota for Foden, Solanke + Winks + 2.0 ITB to Foden + Jebbison (-4) turns up out of the blue, to give:

    Pope
    Trent Gvardiol Munoz
    (C)Salah Jota Foden Gordon (V)Eze
    Havertz Isak
    .
    Virginia Jebbison Mosquera Johnson

I prefer Gordon and Jota to the currently available Solanke replacements, and I still want Foden over similarly priced players like Watkins

The risk here is Winks' 2 points vs Foden's GW2 points -4. I could wait for the deadline and do it for free for GW3, but then it's Ipswich at home...

      Take the hit.

How many minutes do you think Foden get this game week?

Could be worth the risk though, if Foden hauls. He usually has a high ceiling, especially against weak teams.

Have Andersen and Barco. One free transfer. I’m thinking Barco will be locked once he goes out on loan. Andersen is the priority since he won’t play tomorrow. Thoughts on replacements?

Rest of them are Porro, Faes, Robinson.

    1. The Iceman
      • 3 Years

IMO play the three you mentioned this weekend and bench Andersen. Then assess again next week i.e. Andersen to Greaves + 0.5 ITB could be good once Ipswich have their two hardest fixtures out of the way.

    Which option is better
    1. Save FT and start winks instead of Solanke
    2. Solanke to Vardy
    3. Solanke to Vardy and ESR to Eze with -4 and have 0.5 in bank to upgrade my 4.0 defender in bench to 4.5 next week

I am leaning towards option 3 as Eze was pretty unlucky last game and pretty much could outscore ESR by 4 points either this game or in the next 2/3 games

I like it. Pretty similar to mine, so I'm biased there

On a WC, I'd get a completely nailed 4.5 instead of Lewis, set him as a nice emergency first sub, and perma-start Saliba/Gabriel

Lewis is a punt who might not even start the 1 GW you're getting him for. Feels a lot more like a Free Hit than WC punt to me
