I'd be nearly more inclined to lose Saka than Odegaard now tbh. Seems a strange time to sell. He was a good asset & now he's even better with pens

My understanding of the recap so far: Saka handed it O on the fly, Arteta didn’t even know.

Odegaard seems less of a threat this year, though he was a great producer of points last year, and I just Saka is dynamic and dangerous, even more than Salah really

      Hey Viper

C looks tempting but tough losing Bruno before Forest if he’s on pens also.

I’m almost ashamed to admit it but I watched a couple of Nicholas Jackson clips on YouTube of his season with Villarreal. I’m not really sure that he’s a natural finisher. Seems to be another pace guy, excellent on the counter. Lots of upside targeting the fixtures but we need to see more to be sure.

I like Alvarez and he’s getting more game time this season.

I started with Salah, captained this weekend. Even though he “disappointed,” he outscored the other realistic alternatives (Haaland, Saka, maybe Rashford at a push — nobody would have honestly said Mbuemo, Wissa, or Brighton mid before the weekend). He’s expensive, but you can afford him and Haaland and still own the other currently producing assets. He’s been involved and a bit unlucky not to have more points.

To me, all that says if you have him, you hold him for now.

I’d probably lose Marti before Jota.

Whisper it but I think it might be a good idea to give Gabriel one more week, team dependent. My other defenders are TAA, Estupinan, Henry and Baldock.

Trent's not making the XI in any case this week and can't see myself wanting him back until Liverpool's fixtures turn, think they get battered by Newcastle and would be surprised if they got more than two clean sheets in the next six. Frees up loads of money, probably for Chilwell and a City/Spurs/Newcastle defender to replace Baldock. If Gabriel's still at Arsenal at the end of the transfer window I doubt the benching continues, so hopefully just one more fixture to get through.

    Pickford (Turner)
    Estu, Gabriel, Chilwell (Udogie, Baldock)

    Pedro, Haaland (Mubama)

R/gunners seems to think that Gabriel will almost certainly play next week given Tomi's red - same with gooner podcasters. And I can't really do a meaningful Pedro transfer without a -4 :(. Udogie first bench.
