      Timber. By a mile.
Big threat on set pieces, solid defence, doesn't play in clown shoes.

You must have a strong def when a lot of us are struggling to get 3 on the field! I'd start RAN, as bad as their defence is, Ipswich are worse attacking than Leicester and RAN is more of a threat than Hall.

    Greaves to O’Shea?

Do you think this is worth a transfer or would you just accept that if Gabriel misses out you get 0 or 1 from VDB?

Leaning towards just leaving it, not as if Ipswich would keep many CS.

Treat the transfer as 4 points, since that's want a hit would costater down the line.

Do you think O'Shea gets 4 points? (He has only got >2 points once this season.)

      1. CABAYE4

Don’t think it’s worth it. Seems a bit wrong effectively risking playing with 10 every week but hopefully saving the transfer means i can upgrade further down the line.

Greaves to O'Shea is a really low tech sideways move and not worth a transfer. I'd upgrade Greaves to a 4.5 def that you can actually use in the odd game.

If you can't afford then just get the 0 or 1 from VDB and then upgrade Greaves/VDB at a later time

I have two doubts in defence. Have cover on the bench but bad fixtures for my subs.

    Which of these looks best?

    A) Gabriel to Saliba or VVD
    B) Veltman to another cheap def (4.8m or less)
    C) Save

    Fabianski
    Gabriel* - Kerkez - Veltman*
    Salah - Palmer - Bowen - Saka

    Areola / Mbeumo - Robinson - VanDenBerg

Would you lose Cunha to get Isak (free transfer)? Other strikers are Jackson and Wood. I've thought about transferring out Wood instead, but Cunha would only have another two games in my team anyway, so it seems silly booking in another move.

Cunha could have gotten returns in last match and he is facing two favorable opponents. You could argue that Cunha's position is not the optimal always and that his team mates fail him all the time but I wouldn't still do the somewhat sideways move.

Exactly. However, RAN and Hall avg points from even great fixtures have been rather disappointing. In any other season I wouldn't have even think about this move, due to great fixtures, but somehow this season the defenders have disappointed and bottom teams have managed to scrape goals quite often (excluding Soton).

You obviously have to take what Eddie says with a pinch of salt but as knee injuries go if hes seeing a specialist and hes not 100% confirmed out for weeks/months already it might not be that bad?

Yep, one of those coinflips that could end up with huge swings. If all the teams had the same fixture I would easily choose Salah. And when thinking about the fixtures, I fear Fulham's Robinson quite a lot but on the other hand Fulham's CB area is quite messy.
