Not me I'm what the others on here would call a casual, but the more experienced/serious players on here and those battling it out for prizes league etc might. The answer to the second question should be obvious, add more GW's. » Read

It's been two weeks since the last GW deadline (it would have been an international break), so if you used your FT/FT's last week you won't have one this week. » Read

because we would be stuck with the same starting 11 for 9/10 matches without the possibility of getting points from the bench if any of our players get injured, turning FPL into a total injury lottery. » Read

No chance you will get Eriksen back (he wouldn't be interested in playing for Spurs anyway), I assume all records would be expunged (but it would be tight on the players, so theirs might stand), Son would be an interesting one. » Read

Depends how quick they want to finish it, it could be done in 6 weeks, with 6 full GW's on weekends and 3 in midweek, along with midweek dates for the EFL Cup Final postponements, FA Cup QF's and SF's. Leave just the FA Cup Final, which could be played 6 weeks to the day after the season resumes. » Read

It would be a struggling to fit in the cups (including those in Europe) as well, maybe a north and south league would work better with a final between the winners. It would also help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus which is likely to be around again next winter. » Read

but that would be a bad decision as well, because we would be stuck with the same starting 11 for 9/10 matches without the possibility of getting points from the bench if any of our players get injured, turning FPL into a total injury lottery. » Read

  12. World Cup of FPL - Group F 1 day, 21 hours ago

I was thinking something similar to this until the Euros were moved to next summer, my solution would have been to finish this season in the autumn, play the Euros in Nov/Dec, then the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons from Christmas to early October, with the 2022 World Cup after the second of those in Nov/Dec as currently scheduled. The problem would have been getting the season back to the winter in the future, what you suggested for this sounds sensible. » Read

North and south leagues maybe with the winners meeting in a two legged final, it both shortens the season and help reduce the spread of the Coronavirus which is likely to flair up again next winter. If you make this season null and void, you could easily end up losing two seasons. » Read
