  1. Son scores big haul despite missing penalty at Villa 1 day, 2 hours ago

It depends what value you have locked up, but there are loads of one-week moves you can do if desperate to catch up. Burnley at home to Bournemouth next. See if Woods likely to return, is one example, without thinking too hard. » Read

  2. Are matches against the 'big six' to be feared in FPL? 4 days, 10 hours ago

Thanks everyone. As someone who uses social media only occasionally, I am always surprised there are no clear summaries of how it works on an individual site readily visible. » Read

I don't understand the upvoting mechanisms, the flag, the number by the side of the name, etc, on this site. Where is it explained, please? » Read

  6. Man City v West Ham postponed due to adverse weather conditions 8 days, 19 hours ago

It's not just the game, it's the training beforehand. West Ham have presumably been training this week, and would now have to train for next week, so they wouldn't get an extended break of any kind. » Read

Hmm Vardy and Ryan might well drop. Fortunately have 0.1 drop from both before lose value, but needs,a,careful eye on. » Read

If they get through to final, then team could drop off a bit in focus. I think if he is fully fit, then remains an excellent value choice, but depends on your tactics. » Read

  11. Mane, Abraham and Vardy injury updates ahead of FA Cup fourth round weekend 24 days, 4 hours ago

Thanks. Every week it looks a good team, and often gets a small green arrow of 2-5,000, but feel like someone in the swimming section of a triathlon who can't get past anyone as we are all too packed together going at the same speed! 12. Mane, Abraham and Vardy injury updates ahead of FA Cup fourth round weekend 24 days, 4 hours ago

How about, and geared up for bench boost at some point, as well as just being a mix of template and diffs Lloris, McCarthy; TAA, Robbo, Azpi, (Lund, Stephens) KDB, Mahrez, Zaha, Wilson (H), Traore Auba, Jimi, Firmino Good defence and forward line. Allows swapping and transfers depending on fixtures in midfield. Accepts that if Salah is on fire then will get slaughtered. » Read

  13. Mane, Abraham and Vardy injury updates ahead of FA Cup fourth round weekend 24 days, 5 hours ago

Hello everyone. My team is: Ryan, (Button) TAA, Robbo, Stephens, (Lund, Kelly) Mane#, KDB, Son#, Grealish, Traore Vardy?#, Ings, Ayew with 1FT and 1.9itb Another game week that was mediocre as Stephens was on the bench and triple captained Mane, and cant get below the 300-400,000s mark. The 'obvious' thing to do would be to swap Mane for Salah now, but this seems to be just joining a bandwagon where everyone will own him and opportunities to rise much would be reduced. So would you a) Mane to Salah b)wildcard creating a team with Firmino, Mahrez, Jimenez, Auba, and say Zaha, CHO and real differentials, getting rid of Mane, Son, Vardy and possibly KDB c) fiddle around piecemeal with the team with a hit or two most weeks, trying to get in the occasional differential? » Read

  14. Abraham returns in Chelsea draw but leaves FPL owners with injury concern 26 days, 2 hours ago

How about this for a trio of transfers? Realise may be City rotation, but would have good bench back-up. Currently: Ryan (Button); TAA, Robbo, one of (Lund, Stephens,Kelly) Mane, KDB, Son, Grealish, Traore; Vardy, Ings, Ayew with 1.9itb To Same backline but Mane KDB Mahrez Grealish Traore Aguero Ings Calvert-Lewin with 0.0 itb. Gives 3City and 3Pool, but would need doing today with Vardy likely drop » Read

  17. FPL Double Gameweek 24 team news and injury updates 27 days, 16 hours ago

I agree with some of this, but with Kane out for the season, Rashford out for a long time, Liverpool likely to rest players when Champs League on , it reduces likelihood of later good DGW opps. Mainly leaves City later DGW opps, but unlikely to need to play Aguero etc in both games as league points need won't be desperate. » Read
