  1. Who are the best FPL captain options for Gameweek 11? 1 day, 7 hours ago

It's been safe to say that for nearly two years now. Bednarek is Ralph's favourite and has been pretty much ever-present since he became manager. » Read

  2. Who are the best FPL captain options for Gameweek 11? 1 day, 13 hours ago

Doubled up on Villa with Martinez & Watkins. 1FT and £0.2 ITB. Midfield is Bruno, KDB, Salah and Son so captaincy options covered. I've also got DCL and Bamford up front. Bench is weak with Ayling, Burke, Mitchell. What to do this week? A) Martinez -> McCarthy/Johnstone/Meslier B) Watkins -> Adams/Antonio C) Roll FT » Read

Martinez Chilwell - Lamptey - Dias KDB (C) - Bruno (vc) - Salah - Son DCL - Bamford - Watkins Subs: Forster, Burke, Ayling, Mitchell. 1FT £0.2 ITB What do you think the best play is here? A) Martinez -> Johnstone B) Watkins -> Adams/Antonio C) Roll FT » Read

Martinez Dias - Chilwell - Lamptey KDB (C) - Bruno (vc) - Salah - Son DCL - Bamford - Watkins Subs: Forster, Ayling, Burke, Mitchell. 1FT £0.2 ITB. What to do for GW11?: A) Martinez -> McCarthy B) Watkins -> Adams/Antonio C) Roll FT and hope that I can field 10 outfield players anyway » Read

Watkins. Got him in GW9 and fair to say he has been cursed since. Pen decision overruled by VAR in GW9; missed pen and goal ruled out offside in GW10; fixture in GW11 postponed. Bearing in mind I only have £0.2 ITB and already have Bamford and DCL, these are the potential replacements: A) Adams B) Antonio Which to go for and why? » Read

  8. Leeds extend run of clean sheets as Everton defence suffers without Digne 4 days, 12 hours ago

Martinez Chilwell - Dias - Lamptey KDB (C) - Salah - Son - Bruno (vc) DCL - Watkins - Bamford Subs: Forster; Ayling, Mitchell, Burke 1FT 0.2m ITB. Good to go? Think I'm going to roll FT and eyeing up potential move of DCL -> Brewster and Burke -> Jota ahead of GW12, with a formation switch to 3-5-2. » Read

  9. Werner, Son and Kane kept quiet as FPL's two best defences impress again 5 days, 8 hours ago

Tough one as he is obv still the top scorer. But Digne injury and Everton fixture list are worrying. Will definitely give him the Burnley game, but I am tempted to move to a 4.5 striker and upgrade 4.5 mid to Jota before GW12. Probably won't end up doing it tbh, but I am starting to entertain the idea. » Read

  10. Fernandes climbs above Salah in FPL points table as Cavani edges closer to start 5 days, 16 hours ago

Cheers. I’d be happy to keep DCL for the entire season. Only niggle is all the noise surrounding Jota and the sense that you are missing out on bargain of the season if you don’t get him in soon-ish. » Read

  11. Fernandes climbs above Salah in FPL points table as Cavani edges closer to start 5 days, 16 hours ago

Thanks. Yeah I’m rolling FT this week so will give him Burnley game. Was tempted by the Liverpool double-up in GW12 though, and this seems to coincide with Everton fixture turn. » Read

Who is the better FPL asset out of DCL and Jota? Anyone concerned about lack of Digne and Everton’s looming run of horrible fixtures? Shifting DCL to Brewster is my only sensible route of getting Jota in (my midfield already has KDB, Salah, Bruno and Son) but conscious that DCL has been very consistent and Jota still presents something of a rotational risk (albeit a diminishing one). » Read

  13. Targeting Man City assets and why I’m holding onto the Wildcard 9 days, 5 hours ago

Ha, I think my first XI are all good medium/long-term options so unless injury/suspension strikes then I am actually hoping to use FT's to sort that bench out. Might come in handy for any surprise benchings over xmas period. » Read

  14. Targeting Man City assets and why I’m holding onto the Wildcard 9 days, 5 hours ago

    1) Bamford (stats for SIB are just ridiculous and not showing any signs of let-up) 2) Antonio (great pick but injury record is worrying, esp over congested xmas period) 3) Wilson (Newcastle are totally uninspiring, and would consider Watkins and Adams before him) » Read

  15. Targeting Man City assets and why I’m holding onto the Wildcard 9 days, 6 hours ago

Horrible, horrible decision to sacrifice Robbo this week, and also a bit worried about Hamez hauling with a good fixture. But that's left me with the following team which I'm pretty happy with for the weeks ahead, and £0.2m ITB to sort out Burke and Mitchell (likely staggered swaps for Nkounkou and Romeu): Martinez Dias - Chilwell - Ayling KDB (C) - Bruno (vc) - Salah - Son DCL - Bamford - Watkins Subs: Forster, Mitchell, Burke, Lamptey Now just to decide on who to captain! Leaning towards KDB given the news about Pope probably missing out. Thoughts? » Read

You could say that Lamptey being out will mean there is less space for Robbo to get behind. » Read

My exact problem. I want to get KDB in for Hamez, but that would mean switching Robbo to Cancelo for a -4. I'm loathe to lose Robbo, but my other options are transferring out Son, Bruno, or Salah for KDB. I bought Son at 9.0 so also have the issue there of having a lot of value tied up. I'm not 100% yet but I think I'm leaning towards sacrificing Robbo - if it wasn't for the 12 point haul last GW I wouldn't have really thought twice about it tbh. Looking objectively, I'm hoping Cancelo should be able to match or better Robbo's points over the medium term as well. Although Liverpool were better defensively against Leicester, given the amount of injuries (Milner might now have to cover CM if Keita is out for a while) then I still do think their clean sheet potential is severely diminished. » Read

Very nice - absolute monster midfield that. Mine will be the same after transfers this week, with exception of Grealish. Although I'm playing 3-4-3 with DCL, Bamford and Watkins up top. I've also got Chilwell in place of Cresswell but very similar. » Read

  20. Digne and Everton attack thrive in wing-back system but defence leaks more goals 12 days, 12 hours ago

Thanks. I have £2.6 ITB so I'd actually enough to switch Bruno for KDB before the Fulham fixture, instead of Hamez to Ziyech in GW11. At least that gives me the upcoming Burnley fixture to assess whether City attack is starting to click or not. » Read
