    My midfielder is:

    HBA/Dempsey/Pienaar/Bale/Siggy

is Siggy to VDV on a free worth it or just a sideways move?!

Probably worth it for a free given that VDV has the extra game, plus Spurs still need results, whereas Swansea don't really

    12 pt hit.

    Kelly, Walcott, RVP and Valencia
    to
    Bale, VDV, Assou-Ekotto and Cisse

I can justify this hit. By just playing the games the bottom 4 will have 16 points. The top 4 players will have only 4 points from playing as Walcott and Kelly are injured. 16-4 = 12 and and a great chance for the bottom 4 to score a lot of attacking points between them

    This leaves:

    Vorm
    Skrtel, Williamson, BAE
    Siggy, VDV, Bale, Dempsey
    Rooney, Jelavic, Cisse

    Thoughts?

That logic is fine, and I say go for it.

The only counter argument, is would Kelly and Walcott not be on your bench and thus your are benching 4 points with the bottom 4. Also do you need your entire bench for the run in?

    Krul
    McAuley, Caulker, Turner
    Miyaichi, Sigurdsson, Dempsey, Sessegnon
    Cisse, Aguero, Van Persie
    Mignolet, Valencia, Evans, Collins

Not in great shape at all for the DGW. Winning my ML by 50 odd. Have only 1 FT but have 7.1m in the bank.Thinking Collins to Terry first of all, would leave me with 5.0m. What then!?

Miyaichi to Bale/VDV, is that enough??

I have Bale and so have ruled out VDV as felt doubling up on Spurs current form would be a mistake. Who's the rest of your midfield? I've Bale, Demps, Valencia, McClean, Walcott (to transfer out)

The mid options for the double really suck IMO, but im going for VDV and Bale just for their potential. Also their fixtures are clearly better than the rest. Other mids id be fielding will be Siggy, Demps. Getting rid of Sess for VDV and benching Valencia.

What price would Real Madrid, Bayern Munich or Barcelona be in a one off game against Fulham or West Brom at a neutral venue? 1/6-ish perhaps?

So why are Chelsea (Champions League Semi-Finalists) available at 6/4 to beat Liverpool (currently squabbling over 8th position in the Premier League with the aforementioned twosome) in the FA Cup Final.

Who do you fancy to score more in GW36, Rooney away at Citeh or RVP away at Stoke?

Is Ward (cheap Norwich player) > BAE (DGW), worth a -4 hit? I'm already on a -8 pts hit.

Bookies saw loads of money go on Walker in the last few weeks even when he was the biggest odds. They were crying foul play earlier this week.

Personally I think guys like Aguero, Hoillet and Joe Allen were more deserving.

They wont be bothered. Whatever the result they pay about 70% of their takings. (or finer margins depending upon their business model)

Never ever think your betting against the bookies, your betting against other betters.

Bale is still banging in the shots on goal. He should get more game time than VDV and less chance of tweaking a hammy 20 minutes into the DGW.
