The ScoutCast – Episode 145 – Retro

This week’s ScoutCast is a throwback – a return to the days when Granville moaned about his team of red flags and names like Robin van Persie and Yaya Toure dominated our thinking.

Granville and I slip into such subject matter like it’s a pair of old slippers, whilst assessing the Aguero fall-out, the Dzeko option, Ivanovic versus “Dave” Azpi and how I’ve modelled my Fantasy Football management style on Roy Hodgson.

We roll out the regulars and lament the demise of the ScoutCast team – eliminated in the opening round of our own cup competition. Some things never change.

Swim in nostalgia via this link or roll back the years via the player below…

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Those are far from tough fixtures, good chance of CS or attacking points in all of them, just not as strong as that run he had a few weeks back.

Seems dependent on Miralles ability to hog the ball and piss everyone off. He is still on Penalties, most free kicks and corners so something is likely to stick soon. Would be nice if they could keep a clean sheet in a blue moon.

What s the better strike force for Xmas....concerned Costa will be heavily rotated and may only play 1 of the 3....
    Thoughts on
    costa. Rooney. Kane
or Austin. Rooney.dzeko....Both Austin and dzeko have 2 Xmaall.....I'm planning ahead for Xmas....
I'm planning chambers for oshea next week (think chambers will play less now debuchy back and oshea reasonable fixtures.)
this would free up cash for boxing day to allow
Costa and Kane for dzeko and bony for minus 4......can't see Costa playing more than 1 of the Xmas games.....home games at Xmas....but this will cost me 4 pnts...thanks!

Why would Costa only play once? He's not been rested for any prem matches so far. Don't worry.

And for dzeko...hang on a second, is this a wind up?!!!

Also Bony has the ACON in January.

Just don't worry about it and keep Costa!
