Captain Sensible – Gameweek 33

A home clash with Southampton sees Man City heavily backed in this week’s Captain Poll, with three of their options sitting in the top six. Luis Suarez, Eden Hazard and Wayne Rooney are the three front-runners, though, as we assess your selections for the weekend ahead:

With Sergio Aguero ruled out by injury once again earlier today, we take the top five available for selection in this week’s Captain Poll (Suarez, Rooney, Hazard, Yaya Toure and Edin Dzeko) as our starting point and construct a members table based around a number of their key statistics in order to flag up any other players offering a similar sort of threat.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

    Who to play. Coleman or Ward.

    Keep getting stung by Ward on bench.

    Coleman at home but is vs Arsenal.

          I do. But, call me crazy, I genuinely think Buttner will start again. He played magnificently in midweek. Although, now that I think about it, you can start Evra because if he doesn't start, he won't play IMO

    I have two FTs available, any advice is much appreciated!

    Plan 1:

    Before GW33:
    Collins -> Ward

    Before GW34:
    Bruce -> Coleman
    Nolan -> Kasami (money reasons, not footballing)

    Plan 2:

    Before GW33:
    Nolan -> Kasami

    Before GW34:
    Collins -> Baines

    GW 33 team ATM:

    Mannone
    Zabaleta/Azpilicueta/Bruce
    Yaya/Hazard/Lallana/Sterling
    Suarez(C)/Sturridge(VC)/Rooney

    Subs: Boruc, Shaw, Collins, Nolan.

      Not sure he's going to have much impact especially if he's not going to start this weekend. You'd have to ask how much gametime he'll get and how match fit he'll be.

      May not be a complete disaster not having him.
