The ScoutCast – Episode 165 – Wildboys

Tempted into dealing our Wildcards by yet another “mediocre” Gameweek, Granville and I go through almost the entire episode before Jonty reveals he’s weakened and gone “active”. It’s a revelation that almost has us both logging off and reaching for our own panic buttons.

Before that dramatic finale, we find salvation via another bout of “rough the smooth”, cheering ourselves with tales of Gameweek totals which dip below even our miserable tallies.

We also take a further round of community questions, forcing me to “fess up” on Theo Walcott, while Granville laments Wayne Rooney’s form and the three of us tackle the merits of Mahrez, Ozil and loading up on City assets.

    Stoke lost Shawcross, Begovic, Nzonzi, most 3 important players for their def. Why is Butland in many WC team here??

    Dont tell me about fixtures, with those 3 players above, Stoke only could keep 7 CS all season LOL

        Yup this is my main concern. But still they can all provide pts at least i cover if someone of them goes really really wild they're all capable of doing 2+ goals or assists in a single game. I might switch Yaya for Payet and upgrade Defoe.

        If I do this I really won't be able to bench anyone! Wilson is fine bench fodder for me and I don't think mahrez will do well against the bigger teams so happy to rotate those two with gomis depending on fixtures
