This looks super strong for this week. If you don't get a big green arrow you're pretty unlucky.

Required a hit (Darwin & Jota > Saka & Solanke), but had four big red arrows in a row lol...

Likewise, but really enjoying the unpredictability of this season. It’s keeping it interesting and loads of the usual high scorers (in terms of managers) aren’t doing as well.
          Good to mix it up!

Just not when you use your TC on a “banker” last weekend

actually. that's a dumb thing for me to say. rank dependent but if inside 300-400k I think that'll be a par team.

GK have dropped of the first Transfers/All Players/Total Points altogether and only three defenders (Trippier, TAA & Saliba) listed (the only three over 100pts)

Defence options have all but died this season. Even uber-cheapos don't see worth it....

    1. Jafooli
      • 13 Years

Absolutely everything is happening in midfield, with a handful of forwards contributing...time for the game to allow a greater range of formation changes?

Defenders all cheaper next year? Not like they are going to allow the old all-out attack as a regular formation.

no. I don't mind the idea of a utility position on the bench that means you can carry one more of each outfield position (with the sacrifice of another)... but the formation set up is fine and what makes the game a challenge if everything is happening in one spot

        1. Jafooli
          • 13 Years

A utility bencher would be fun, someone who can basically go on for any position...

yeah but you would need to make sure it's players who actually are versatile in real life... your gross/milner types or players who are clearly capable of OOP

i know were at the mercy of Peps roulette, but with the FA cup 5thh round looming reckon KDB/Foden will be rested? looking at Doku/ silva for a cheeky differential?

I have been waiting for the Foden benching for a while but think he will rest in the FA cup. Silva is always a good differential but I don't think Doku will be 'needed' as cherries aren't a side that play a low block that needs a byline merchant to unlock. Bobb a little more versatile and think Pep might stick with him and play Doku in the FA cup

I feel like we need a bit of a 'why not' or 'pulse check' segment these days. Scout Network hit me up for a content creator position. Someone to present some contrary views and be the 'anti-hype' guy.

I have a less than charming Australian accent, a busy job and a 3 month old but think I could be an asset to the team.

I reckon go for it. Start a Youtube channel and see where it goes. Thats kind of how The Wire started. Then Scout snapped them up.

I reckon a 'down under' podcast is well overdue. The deadzone is typically anti-hype as it should be.

Do people think Citeh have been more than a bit laboured in attack lately? I'm not sure they are going to suddenly snap out of it away to Bournemouth. Then you look at the way Arsenal are playing (and Newcastle defence) and I'm beginning to think Saka represents the perfect opportunity to go against Haaland. Thoughts?
