    re the liverpool scouting doubles article. Mark doesn't refer to liverpool playing their second game 4 days before FA cup final. Seeing as gerard, suarez and enrique were rested prior to the semi, I cant see them playing 90 mins before the final.

        really? the i was looking at it was, after only playing an hour tonight, he is almost a shoe in to play against QPR (might only play 60-70mins) and then they have a big game against newcastl so they could hardly drop him.. Could be wrong though..

    I agree with Cabaye84 - Unless it's a red card for violent conduct in Terry's case all accumulative yellow cards should be wiped for the CL final. Alot of the time they are really soft bookings and it's harsh to miss the most important final you can play in for a yellow card.

      I dont think they should be wiped as you could end up with a heck of a lot of yellows in the semi finals then, but i do think they should be reviewed and recinded unless it was considered serious foul play.

        Yeah the rules are there to be followed. But you wouldn't be competitve in a match if you took it literally that you mistime one tackle and you're out the final. I just think it's a bit unrealistic to get through such a massive game without picking up a yellow especially with alot of card happy officials in the game.

    So Bosingwa looks a stong prospect to play the next two games, although im not so sure he will play the GW38 game against Blackburn. Either way with Ivanovic & possibly Cahill/Luiz out of the QPR game and possibly Newcastle I cant see much chance of a cleansheet.
