I'd go B depending on the amount of in form players I didn't have and how many transfers were needed to right the ship. You don't want to be too slow and chase points.

I have been looking at barkley --> sessegnon, walker --> pieters. This would leave me with enough cash for lallana --> walcott/cazorla in GW13.
