The ScoutCast – Episode 119 – Throaty

Feeling rougher than a Lee Cattermole tackle, I manage to patch myself up to share a microphone with Granville for another Podcast episode. Tonsils in tatters, the usual round of blows come my way as my co-host strolls into the mini-league distance with a comfortable three-figure lead.

We talk Rooney vs Aguero and rinse through the ScoutCast regulars, while I end up getting misty-eyed about Stephen Ireland – one of a select band of “soft spot” players who rise to the top of my watchlist at the first sign of a semblance of form. And I wonder why I’m struggling.

  I'm pretty sure Suarez is going no where should Liverpool make the Top 4. Making top 4 is the key. If we achieve our target we will be buying many more big names that suit our playing style in the summer.
  
  Heck is we do well in the next 4 games in December, I reckon we'll see a couple of top players being bought in January itself.

Hey guys should I waste a -4 on my keeper to have Marshall and Speroni rotation of
WBA, NEW, SOT/avl, SUN, NOR, WHM, STO, HUL(until the end of Jan) NOR, WBA, AVL, HUL, (until March if if I they go up in price and I decide to keep them)

Or dont take the hit and endure
Speronis che, avl, mci, tot until Jan WC?

Hate taking hits on keepers but this seems to make sense even if it is only in the medium term.

    I agree and that's the difficulty.
    
    Rooney playing moderate opposition; he and RvP seemed to assisting each other before RvP injury.
    
    Lukaku playing for in form team and cheaper which means not 4 point hit and opportunity to spend elsewhere next week.
