                  He could be the difference between 2nd and 1st in La Liga. Would expect him to grab a minimum of 25 league goals. Thats worth alot more than 20 mill.

              Ted Knutson (stats chap) said this, I think when Liverpool were said to be in for him:

              "Falcao started to fall off last season, even before the move to Monaco. A lot of his goalscoring was boosted by penalties. Strip those out and you have a good, but nowhere near great goalscorer. Add in age curve and the significant injury he suffered last season, cross that with already inflated transfer fees and wages, and you have a potential poison pill."

              He isn't right about everything, obviously, but he's worth listening to.

      Reading all these articles about LVG trying to reshape the team before the end of the transfer window, I really think that until this transition period is over, it is best to have maximum 1 Utd player in my team. Once the team is set, only then will they slowly improve. ATM it is just complete chaos there + zero confidence.

              I'm planning to make 3 transfers over the following 2 weeks (GW3 and GW4), but I'm unsure about the pattern in which I make the transfers.

              1:

              GW3 - Eriksen --> Sterling & Luis --> Clyne (-4)
              GW4: Dzeko ---> Adebayor

              2:

              GW3: Save FT and risk the price rises and falls
              GW4: Eriksen ---> Sterling, Luis ---> Clyne & Dzeko ---> Adebayor (-4)

              Any advice would be appreciated.

                Surely you've been left disappointed by Wenger enough by now to not fall for the whole "expecting deadline day transfers" thing that always upsets Arsenal fans as it never really goes well for them, with the exception of Ozil 🙂

                Surely not...Wenger doesn't exactly do things the easy, or sensible, way does he? It must be so frustrating for Arsenal fans; they look a couple of quality signings away from challenging for the title, they now have the money, and Wenger is pissing about with Birmingham flops.

                They need a quality striker and, for DM, they should snap up Carvalho. If he goes to Utd for relatively cheap, Arsenal fans should be very annoyed.
