I think he (Kaboul) should be benched for Fazio. That's why the captaincy decision doesn't make sense to me. Vert is definitely nailed imo

On WC there's no logic in having Hutton considering their next 5 fixtures
I think there is. Provided your other 4 rotate well enough to get you through the next 5 fixtures. Think about it this way, you'd never wanna waste a transfer on a 4.0m defender, so you might as well get and keep Hutton and use him when their fixtures get easier than get in a Moore / Duff and never be inclined to use them anyway.

Have my team sorted apart from one dilemma, Falcao, Rooney or Aguero? Normally would go for Kun but he his next two fixtures are poor and could only get 60 mins in both

I guess I'd still lean towards Aguero. I think United will bounce back, but you can't be certain and it's hard to tell which of their players will be the main man without watching them play. You know that if Aguero is on the field he'll be in the points.
I would take a punt on Falcao probably won't play more than 30mins against Qpr but he is better for long term.

I think Aarons will have a big part to play this season and rotates well with Zaha.
Biggest concern is Azpilicueta, will he keep his place?Too risky for me. A lot of areas I'd be uncomfortable with: 3 awful defenders, Aarons not nailed, zaha is an iffy choice, aguero may be rested every now and then with champions league now underway, falcao is playing in a poor team and won't have pens which make his goal scoring record look excellent rather than good. I also personally think fab will play deep too often, but most here don't agree on that.
