Amazes me how inconsistent arsenal, liverpool, manu, spurs, Everton and to some extent man city have been.
You'd expect a fair few of them to average 2 points per gameThey will to an increasing degree.
They will more and more, marathon not a sprint. However, I think players come back a little weird after a World Cup so some of the teams you mention probably have a number of players underperforming.
I'm wondering where all the points have gone! I guess bottom half teams doing better than usual. Points spread out across the table, except for villa and qpr!

This seems to happen, a number of players aren't returning quite what you'd expect and some teams as a whole look entirely different at the moment (Pool, City have been shaky as well etc.) Sure look at RVP and his struggle to find form.

United are amazingly lucky not to be further adrift. Saying that they's had by far the easiest fixtures until yesterday so rather than narrowing the gap could widen

Yesterday was a good start in that sense I think. Easily the best Utd performance of the season and with no Rooney, Falcao or Jones.
Yes. Though as renowned as he is for his tactics and organisation, I am still a bit disappointed at how we've defended. Plus some of the naive and unintelligent play from DiMaria concerns me, there's a lot riding on him being clinical and ruthless.

My theory is that in this game you always have to have a Chelsea defender when Mourinho is the coach. At the end of the season, they'll be on top of those CS rankings. I was considering going for Azpi at some point but thankfully dodged that bullet. Keep in mind that against CRY and MUN, JT should have had 7 and 8 points - if only they could defend in the last minutes as well. So I reckon I'm keeping him.
