Granville and I make a New Year return to the ScoutCast studio, battered and bruised by the events of Gameweek 20 which saw us both inexplicably bench Harry Kane and his 18-point haul.

Having wasted our big differential and haunted by constant reminders, my co-host and I struggle to make a recovery. Spitting the pips from our sour grapes, we do our best to justify our doomed decision-making, before attempting to salve the wounds with talk of the Winter Wildcard refresh around the usual batch of regulars.

    Azpi dropped to 6.1 over night! Sure is tempting me over the more secure Cahill & Terry. What are people opinion on his vulnerability to rotation over the remaining fixtures compared to centre-back

    But what should I do now?
    A) wildcard
    B) toure/chambers -> trippier/hutton ( one transfer only )
    C) downing -> chadli ( but i would like to play with 3 strikers so thats hard.. )
    D) something els?

    Is rotation gonna work with Pieters/Taylor and Duff/PVA?

          Yeah my problem is....

          I have sanchez, hazard, Henderson, albrighton (irrelevant)

          I dont wanna double up on arsenal or liverpool. Di maria isnt certain to start and as a result neither is mata. I'm saving the fabregas/hazard double up for wildcard so my opponents in mini league dont get the same idea as me.

                Are you overthinking it a bit.. masking the fact that you're doubling up on Chelsea midfield.. by getting Oscar instead of Fab?

        azpi has been in bps when chelsea keep a clean sheet and none of the defenders scores/assists

        he is a slight rotation risk as luis can only play as a left back and he eventually has to play

        i am pretty sure azpi will play the vast majority of the mathces and luis will feature more on capital one, fa cup and 1-2 "easy" home matches before a difficult fixture to allow azpi to rest
