It’s time to turn up the heat on Granville. After Harry Kane obliged with a 26-point armband return, I’ve clawed back the gap on my mancunian rival, who now sits just three points ahead in our “very personal” battle.

With the flame lit on our age-old duel, the ScoutCast is revived to resemble the days gone by, with Granville wriggling uncomfortably as we spar throughout. Jonty is on hand to mediate, taking a few blows of his own, with Granville lashing out blindly.

Around the melee, we take in another round of “rough with the smooth” and digest a slew of community questions. We chat Aguero Vs Kane, consider the merits of showing Sanchez and De Bruyne the door, and scribe our Christmas Fantasy Football wishlist.

    What's the best option going forward:

    A. Aguero + cheapo mid
    B. Lukaku/Kane + Barkley/Delafeou (+ have to bench mahrez/ighalo)

    Worried about aguero being rested, plus Lukaku+Kane's form is undeniable, but long term he should pay off?

    The case for Firmino,
    While i don't doubt that the small liverpool man have got his doubters, I'm here to give you a biscuit to chew on.

    First off, let's start with this quote Jurgen Klopp gave us the other day:"Before the game, I told him he's a striker who can sometimes be a midfielder – not the midfielder who is sometimes a striker".
    I believe Klopp will be giving him the free role more often, seeing as it fits him so well: in the trashing of city, he timed his runs perfectly, and showed us what a great dribbler he is (just look at the build up to Coutinho's goal)
    Another thing is his relation to Coutinho. I have never seen such a pair of teammates having such a good chemistry after just a few games together. What they showed is a deep understanding of each others deep runs and I just can't see why Klopp wouldn't want to be teaming them up more?
    His price in FPL is another good point: at just 8.0 he won't take your team too far back, and could be a good downgrade from KDB.
    Obviously I have not looked at the stats from this maestro, as I am not a member (
