The Scout Cups Reminder

Just a very brief reminder that entry for both the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII and Fantasy Football Scout Members Cup VI is set to close at 9am on Tuesday morning. Once that deadline has passed, we’ll process the results and will then announce the qualifiers and First Round draw on Wednesday afternoon.

Prior to that, we’ll also try to give an early indication on the likely qualifying scores on Monday evening or as early as possible on Tuesday.

To enter the Fantasy Football Scout Cup XII, all you have to do is fill out the entry form here.

Fantasy Football Scout Members can also enter the Members Cup VI via this entry form.

You will be asked to verify your FPL team ID – note that, if you fail to confirm your ID, you will not be entered. You will be sent a confirmation email to verify your entry.

To check that you’re entered correctly, please scan the list of current entries.

The Fantasy Football Scout Cup entry list can be found here.

The Fantasy Football Scout Members Cup entry list can be found here.

As mentioned previously, the First Round is set to take place over Gameweek 23, i.e. this coming weekend. If you’re looking for more information on the cup schedule and prizes available, click this link for a more thorough rundown.

    FT - Myhll out for:

    A) Butland (Hes rising although leicester away might be difficult to play esp when my alternative is Hennesey vs Spurs)
    B) De Gea
    C) Courtois
    D) Cech
    E) Other

Any otehr advice on my team:
    Myhill (Hennesey)
    Alderwield, Moreno, Bellerin (Zouma, Ward)
    Ozil, Payet, Mahrez, Alli (Willian)
    Ighalo (c), Aguero, Kane

    Butland (Hennessey)
    Bellerin, Toby, Sagna (Dawson, Simpson)
    Ozil, KDB, Mahrez, Payet (Alli)
    Aguero, Lukaku, Ighalo

    1 FT, 0.6 ITB.

Sagna-Daniels to cheapen the defence as there's a bit of money back there?

Also gives me money for Barkley should I want the following.

Everton fan here. He was injured at the start of the season, and when he was about to come back Kone recently scored a hattrick so he was getting most of the starts.

Kone hasn't been playing great as of late, so the left wing spot is open for someone to claim as their own. (I think Cleverley will get it in the long term when he comes back from injury)

Deulofeu has guaranteed spot on the right wing for the big games, but with fixture congestion and lots of competition in the wide areas everyone is getting rotated.

We have Lennon, Cleverley (when back), Kone, Osman, Mirallas and Pienaar all in competition for the LW spot basically.

Although I think Mirallas should be playing more given his talent

Crazy night at work. Since I came in it is been one site after another close to closing down due to drivers having not been there enough all day. Just constant firefighting.

But on more important matters who is the best replacement for Myhill (to go along with Henessey) up to a value of a stonking 4.8?

Do you think Myhill can retain his spot for 2 more weeks because that would be great.

Did well during his first few seasons with Udinese (even took them to the Champions League qualifying round) when Sanchez was playing for them. Liked playing 3-5-2, though I don't see that working for Swansea.

One can dream but it does seem unlikely. Mind you I'd rather spend the money on a class centre half that isn't called kirscoff!

If they sell Ayew then it has to be the clearest indication from the board that they actually want to be in the Championship next season. That club has made one bad decision after another. After winning the league cup and establishing themselves in the Premier League you would have thought they would have built on it

Hello DZ. What to do with these lot..

    Butland
    Bellerin Walker Simpson
    KDB Ozil Mahrez Payet (Alli)
    Lukaku Aguero Kane

    Hennessy, Wolls Ward.

    2FT's. 1.1ITB.

I'm thinking of shipping one of Ward/Wolls and Hennssey and I can't see Palace or Stoke keeping cleanies. Thoughts?

Hennessey because he may lose his spot. Having said that Palace have great fixtures after next GW

My team is very similar (Moreno vs Wolls, Evans vs Ward and Schwarzer vs Hennessy).

I was looking at bringing in Daniels or a West Ham/Watford defender and upgrading Ozil to Sanchez.

Not sure over what timescales though!

There a fixed number of spots in the tournament so it will be the score at which that many qualify.
