Manager substitutions
After all matches on a single day have finished and before the next matches start, you can:
Replace any player (unless they were sent off) with one from your bench whose team is yet to play
Change your captain (if he was not sent off) with a player from your squad whose team is yet to play
Players who are substituted out will score 0 points. The captain bonus will be lost from your original captain if a new captain is selected. Substitutions and captain changes can't be cancelled once confirmed.
An unlimited number of manager substitutions can be made, although it is not possible to make them after games on the last day of the matchday as all fixtures will have been completed.
If a manager substitution or captain change is made, then no automatic substitutions will take place in your team that matchday.Thanks!

What is the best site for predicted line ups? Both Whoscored and the UEFA site fail to mention Grosicki being a doubt for Poland which doesn't fill me witn much confidence.

I've just checked last few Spain games, Alaba starts only 1 one of them, all 4 side defenders were involved. Which 2 are nailed to start? Alba and Juanfran for sure?

There are questions marks over the RB but Juanfran looks first choice.There was no need to play the first choice defenders, especially Juanfran and Ramos who had just played 120 minutes in UCL final. Those two and Alba Pique are nailed.

I'm obviously going to check the france squad for who starts out Payet/Martial and adjust accordinly.
Had also planned to use the free transfer in Rd1 to transfer Lewandowski for CR7.
Is it worth using the 0.5M ITB to upgrade Alli to Alaba or some else?Not sure on Denayer. Think Ciman is a fairer (and cheaper) bet. Wilmots played his starting XI on training with Ciman as a rightback.
Denayer played terribly in the last couple of friendlies, looked very insecure. Knowing Wilmots who is pretty traditional, he will go with a seasoned defender in Ciman on the right back.
Does anybody know anything about Janko being injury flagged?
