Good value for 5.4, given that he looks first choice at the moment, but it still doesn't sound like that means Conte will start him every match, particularly now the games are coming thick and fast.
Could say the same for any player.
He's more likely to play back to back games than Cahill or Luiz IMO.
He could be referring to EFL Cup and Champions League matches where he plans to rotate and maybe use David Luiz.

Anyone looking to sell Jones i'd get on Otamendi. Stones lay off off for 6 weeks cements his alreay nailed spot, and city have 3 games where they could easily pick up 3 clean sheets. Otamendi could be gold over next 3 for his price

Well it’s only 2 tough games and if you get city mids then they also have a tough one against a likely Jose bus. At £8.0M he’s an absolute bargain and think you can just hope for something in the city game. Arsenal match is expect him to return points. Fixtures after that are great and Jose will play him to death every game.
Keep Pogba. He will get more minutes than those City mids. In fact, he played 90 minutes in most games earlier in the season.

6 years, 5 months agoIs Courtois a bad option from the Chelsea D? I know that Azpi/Alonso are the standout options, and for those that want to triple up with Morata,Haz, Azpi/Alonso there's just no room for the keeper, but If you wanna play 2 Chelsea defs (only 1 of Azpi/Alonso), than isn't he the preferred 2nd player from that line up? Surely more nailed than Christensen, who might get rested over the busiest of schedules and always worrying that a slip or 2 could see him lose his spot to Luiz.
