Members Area Upgraded

Earlier today we upgraded the Members Area to the new site template, giving everything a facelift as we rolled out the ICT Scout Index – our Fantasy Football Player Index.

We will make a detailed post on the ICT index later this evening, although if you want some early insight into how this works you can refer to this earlier post which explains the basics.

Members can currently view Top 10’s for Influence, Creativity and Threat, plus the Index score, from last season via their new Members dashboard in the Members Area. Full ICT Index scores can then be gathered via the Player Stats > Fantasy Index tables. You can view these tables by position or for all players.

Much more on this to come later.

We are working to roll out the new site template to the main site. We’re currently still optimising the new design and will look to carry out further tests in the next week before announcing a release date.

    Hiya lads,

    I know these RMT’s are doing everyones head in, but I promise this will be the last one from me...........would be a MASSIVE help if you could let me know what you reckon of this team after tampering with it for aaaaaages…..

          I would be wary of two liverpool esp def and MF as they are like a leaky bucket during preseason!

      Myeh, defence could do with a shape-up. Carragher looks suspect. Downgrade Rodallega to Holt or Campbell, use the cash to invest a little more wisely. Downing also offers better value from a Liverpool perspective than Kuyt.

          You have Moses for that. Doubling up seems a waste of value when the rest of your team is lacking. I'm no world-beater though, so maybe take the advice of a pro if they're willing to offer it? Just the way I see it.

            can't agree with the comment above though with liverpool being leaky in mid and def, this season they are title contenders, i really do beleive that, and i reckon they're gonna get off to a great start, goals from carroll adam and kuyt especially.

          I wouldn't touch Man City attach until you get confirmation of who will be starting, Drogba or Carroll are therefore better options in my opinion

    Was getting some feedback earlier and it seemed the majority advised me to go for the 3-5-2 option, as midfielders got the job done last season, so I've come up with this:

      Strong team going forward.
      Who is your sub up front?
      Wouldn't have Rio in, poor fixtures at the start and a lot of money tied up, traditionally doesn't offer much in FF. Option would be to downgrade Rio and get A.Cole in for Luiz - DL could be good value but erratic and not guaranteed starter.
      I tend to go with 3-4-3 but it is a matter of preference.

        I know Ferdinand didn't do anything last year due to injury and doesn't have a good FF history, but having 3 defenders from the teams predicted top 3 by most makes me feel better.

        Any other defensive options to replace?

        I assume Rio will start ? no?

          No reason why he won't start in the short term. There is every possibility he will be rotated in the lesser games with Jones / Smalling, particularly when Champs Lge kicks in.

          At the moment I have holt & DJ, but I change my team every day. It comes down to:
          12 (vp/rooney) + 2 cheap (holt, dj, amoebi, etc) or
          10 (carroll, suarez, bent), zamora + 5.5 (holt/dj)
          I can see my mind changing soon....
