Brought in Turnbull and was going to swap Sagna for Cahill for the double and then reverse the change with my free transfer th week after. Worried about it now with Terry back. Can only afford up to £6.2 but would you say it's worth the risk? What other options would you suggest as my second free transfer? Team linked.

im planning on getting rid of ba after the dgw but will i have to downgrade someone to avoid selection headaches?

Considering Chelsea DGW options. Currently have Mata (c). That's it. Luiz and Ba are clearly desirable but here's my rationale for staying away. The next four fixtures (spread across 12 days):

Saturday Stoke (A)
Wednesday Southampton (H)
Sunday Arsenal (H)
Wednesday Swansea (A)

So, we start with Stoke away. There's no doubt this is a tough fixture against a physical side. Players like Luiz, Lampard and Ba are essential - and the latter two started on the bench on Wednesday. I'd say they all start. In the favoured 4231 formation, the defence pretty much picks itself until JT returns (Southampton possible after his 45 minutes tonight), the 2 can be filled by any combination of Luiz, Lampard, Ramires and possibly Oscar. With Moses in Africa, Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Marin, together with some possible involvement from Piazon, fight it out for the 3 behind the striker. Of course we may see Torres and Ba play together at some point but that may be saved for the closing stages when chasing matches.

With big games against Arsenal and Swansea, I'd say it's the Southampton fixture where we might see some resting. It could be a good opportunity for Rafa to get Torres on the scoresheet too. It's worth noting that Luiz has not been rested at all so far and if that's in Rafa's mind, this match could be the one. Demba will get on the pitch and it may be enough time to grab some points, but I can't see a situation where Rafa doesn't start Torres in this match. Demba's on form, save his minutes for the next two big ones.

I doubt Mata will play 180 minutes this gameweek but he should be good for involvement in both fixtures.

Having said all that, this is Rafa in charge. No-one knows what he has planned!
