Rush. The best form of goalkeepers for the playground. A long-haired Canadian prog-rock outfit. A mustachioed goal sniffer and, sadly, a description of how Granville and myself had to approach this latest episode of the podcast.

With our studio slot limited, we had to skinny things up and turn this one out double-time. Nonetheless, in 26-minutes, we touched on all the regulars, whilst scattering the silence in between with the usual sniping between the pair of us. It makes you wonder what we waste the other twenty minutes on every week.

    hi i have walcott and gibbs. i also have rvp, ba and lambert as my strikers. ive had ba since the beginning so i cant lose him, and lambert seems to be doing well so im reluctant to get rid of him. after reading this, should i go with sagna as my 3rd arsenal player instead of podolski?

      Don't get too caught up in the pod hysteria imo. He has been subbed every game bar one this season. For a free I might have considered him, but people seem blind to all other options due to the dgw. Last week all dgw'ers came good. But there is always one big disappointment. Pod could well be it.

      Dzeko/tevez are excellent options imo. Even lukaku or sturridge. No one has even mentioned Silva/Gerrard and look at their fixture/form. It just feels like this pod hype came out of nothing.

      He's a godd diff I suppose, if you are trying to bridge a gap. But with the wilshere experimentation he could easily be benched at west ham too.

    Morning guys. Not FPL related, but I just got a new job. Gave notice on Wednesday, signed a contract with the new company on Thursday. My old job was great, new job looks good as well, but the main reason I'm changing is a substantial pay increase. My point is, I can see why some (read: many) footballers choose to "sell out".

    Anyways. Yay. New job!
