Rush. The best form of goalkeepers for the playground. A long-haired Canadian prog-rock outfit. A mustachioed goal sniffer and, sadly, a description of how Granville and myself had to approach this latest episode of the podcast.

With our studio slot limited, we had to skinny things up and turn this one out double-time. Nonetheless, in 26-minutes, we touched on all the regulars, whilst scattering the silence in between with the usual sniping between the pair of us. It makes you wonder what we waste the other twenty minutes on every week.

      Liverpool v Norwich 15:00
      Man City v Fulham 15:00
      Newcastle v Reading 15:00 (less likely)
      Swansea v Stoke 15:00
      Wigan v Sunderland 15:00
      West Brom v Aston Villa 17:30

      Swansea and Liverpool maybe worse hit possibly city.

                I am in pontardulais now (just off junction 47), used to be down in gorseinon. Just down the road basically!
                Snow is currently quite light but looks like it'll be ploughing back in pretty soon! Day with my little boy today 😀 first time he's seen snow!

            No chance at all, believe me, we Norwegians are used to read weather forecasts and the games will be played tomorrow, no snowfall then and plenty of time to secure the ground around the stadiums 🙂

                🙂 Yeah, but it's pretty mild weather, the ground is not frozen and therefore like a heater. So the snow will go away very quickly, althought seems heavy right now with wind etc.

    Thoughts on Rafael? I am wondering whether to keep him in my wc, i've had him since start of season and can sell at 5.7. I want Zabaleta and one other defender in the 5.5-6 price range. I think Rafael is v good value at 5.7 if he plys but is he too subject to rotation with Jones and Smalling looking for game time? So far he has played every game he's been fit, to my knowledge. Do you think this is likely to continue?

      I think Rafael is a decent choice. All of the good 5-6 defenders have some risk of rotation (except Gibbs maybe, but he plays for Arsenal). Nasty and Evans might be less risky, but also less attacking threat. I'm thinking Evans + Zab for my GW25 WC, or maybe just one of them and 4 cheapies.

      I keep Rafael until end of season (Unless He's out until end of season)

      IMO. Rafa is Man Utd 2nd player of the half of year. He will be nailed on. Smalling and Jones will play in CB. Jones and Smalling original position is not Right Back. They play right back if Rafael injured.

          It's what makes it so funny SH. People get huge 4x4s so their kids can be safe. Then they still can't drive the damn things in an inch of snow.

          My local pub looks out over a fiveway traffic junction and you book seats to watch idiots slide into each other at the lights. 😀
