It’s the ScoutCast vs Adversity. Granville drags himself out of his sick bed and we scramble into a makeshift studio, determined to return to the airwaves after our absence last week.

Apologies in advance for the echo, the faint background hiss and Granville’s Bonnie Tyler-like tones. If you can see your way past that little lot then you might just find some worth in this week’s episode as we grill the Gameweek 29 blank, sauté the Gameweek 31 doubles, boil down the Suarez vs Sturridge debate and lament our joint decision to choose Edin Dzeko from the lavish striker buffet, ignoring the sumptuous Sturridge in the process.

In between that particular call to Captain Hindsight, we rinse through the regulars, although Granville’s poorly state has us clean forget to credit the Scout League leaders or offer our thoughts on our new Fantasy Football squeeze – Ultimate Fantasy Premier League. Please accept this note from our respective Mum’s and the promise that we’ll return to full fitness next week.

            It is bloody difficult, Had 2 gameweeks in the group stage where my captain didn't play. Picked a terrible team and got 26 points last gameweek. Still in the top 10 which really shows you how tough it is. Mangala and Safari have really helped this week!

    I've done Mata->Lallana with one of my frees.

    With the other I'm thinking of Yaya-> Sterling.

    I'll save a transfer in gw29, fielding 8, and then use my 2 frees to get Aguero and Yaya the week after while still having Sterling for the very lucrative double.

    What do people think about getting a player who doesn't have a fixture in gw29?

              Seriously though, no hard feelings towards him, was always a class above and he's now got the chance to compete in the CL at the highest level. Think some PL teams missed out as he'd improve any midfield in the league bar none.

              Just hope he doesn't miss out on a starting place for France in the WC as he gets eased into the PSG squad.

        It definitely seems to hurt teams over the season. Maybe if someone was playing crap and the game raised their form, they go from a rested bad player to a slightly tired good player so it's a net gain.
