Excess baggage checked in, deckchairs reserved and sun block applied – the Scoutcast team are all ready to hit the beach.

Smack in the middle of Gameweek 37, with points flowing from all angles, not even Hal Robson Kanu’s late goal can upset the pre-vacation mood.

Stringing five men across the midfield, Luke and Az join Jonty, Andy and myself for a bumper end of season episode as we tackle another volley of questions from you, the community.

We conduct a post-mortem on the flurry of chips, weigh up the Gameweek 38 punts, put together our final day Wildcard XI and take a look back on our own personal highs and lows of a topsy-turvy season.

After 128 minutes of that lot and sunstroke already setting in, we even forget to chat captains and transfers come the end, only to make amends later.

    I guess this is a bit sad but my cash league is on the line so...

    The things I should worry about I guess are if Soton and Arsenal keep a clean sheet and KdB, Costa and/or Pedro explode.

    Otherwise I should be quite ok I think.

    Been thinking about doing something like Haz and Gabbi to Cout and Giroud for a hit.

    Or should I cover his KdB for instance (which would mean two transfers at least as I have 3 City)?

      Your defense is stronger, risky to copy any further than getting KDB for Haz or just Cout for Hazard. I doubt Pedro exploding.
      You have a better chance of winning IMO!

    Drastic measures needed for me:
    Is Kane a must? - I would have said no, before last night
    I am 12pts ahead in my money league and my only rival has Kane and Hazard.

    a) It will cost me -8 to get Kane and Azpi
    or
    b) or -8 for Kane and Pedro
    c) other option Coutinho & Azpi for -4
    Sanchez will be sacrificial lamb !

      Yes you need Kane.
      Should've had him already.
      But you may as well go without him now. Minus 8 doesn't seem worth it. But be prepared to lose your lead

      I doubt it. I think Alli is young enough and fit enough to play every game. He hasn't been rested when fit so far this season I don't think.

    Liverpool have kept 4 cs out of their last 5 games, 3 of them away from home.
    Matip got 2 bonus points 3 times in those 4 cs without having any attacking returns.

    Matip is surely a no-brainer for this gameweek, right?

      We have the same team almost. I did Hazard to Coutinho. Think Hazard will be rested after his two games last week and the final coming up. Even if not I don't see Hazard doing more than Countinho especially as it will be a weakened Chelsea team regardless.

      In any case it doesn't matter - you're safe with a 50pt lead.

        I hate Gabbiadini but I think he will keep him and just cover him. Yeah I most likely have one but this has been a classi comeback on my part so just got to make sure! I do like the sound of Vokes but he may not play.

            Makes sense to hold Gabbi as 'cover' in that case. Courtinho seems a popular punt and looks like the only one who could do any real damage to your lead - Id probably get him if your rival has him. If not, maybe you could have a sneaky punt on Stephens > Matip?
