    I am really struggling with this decision. Have asked a couple of times on here and not getting much response. So one last try...bench one of these;
    A) Palmer
    B) Watkins
    C) Son
    D) kdb
    E) Foden

Other 3 are Solanke, Haaland and Saka and defo not benching any of them.
Villa played tonight so I guess may be a little tired Sunday...but I'm struggling to be happy about benching any of them.

      KDB

      But i'd transfer him out.

Makes the benching problem even worse.

        Bench Palmer or KDB

Yea I think they are the two main candidates. Palmer more highly owned. Both capable of big returns. Palmer has the better fixture but Kdb is the better player in the better team....can't decide!

KDB rested in the middle of the week...
Plus, didn't he get four assists in his last game?

That was against Luton though and this is against Liverpool at Anfield..but yea, he's rested and he's Kdb. Could easily punish me for benching. Just gonna have to go with my gut..will probably be switching between them until the deadline and then make the wrong choice!

Palmer probably is a good option to play instead of him, to be honest. I don't love having Palmer on my bench this week.

Go with your gut like you said, good luck!

He's just had a full rest and it's a massive game. He's starting vs Liverpool for sure.
Still him with that in mind?
I was tempted to move him to Bowen for this week but then have the same benching headache.

KDB will be managed because city are fighting on three fronts and he cant play multiple 90s a week any more. imo he'll be used in the games where hes most needed... Thats liverpool this week, but thatll be a tight game and its not certain city will win. in the games city will win 4-1 kdb will be managed and saved for the cup and CL games. hes not good value.

this season ive lost so many bench points by having 8 great players in attack a symptom of having so many cheap good players. im not doing that anymore im going to have a burner or at least a obvious bencher even if it means money itb

When I get Salah back I'll need to move one of my front 8 to fodder. But right now I'm not asking about whether I should keep him long term or not (I plan to get rid asap), I'm asking who I should bench this week.

if you transfer kdb out for fodder this week poof problem solved. it doesnt mean kdb wont outscore the rest of them, hes very capable of doing that, but you can be ok about it because long/medium term youve done the right thing for your team. probably.

Already used my FT so that's not an option this week. Kinda hoping someone else in my team is confirmed out with a knock or something to just make the decision for me.

This is my strategy. He’s rested & it’s a match with massive stakes. Unless he goes berserker and has a massive haul, I then move him to Son for GW 29

Is the FH in GW37 a good idea? I think it should enable a really good selection of DGW players and give one last boost to rankings. For anyone that has done this before has it paid off or would it be better to use it in GW29?

Bournemouth could still fall into GW34 but Man Utd and Newcastle could also land in GW37 is one of them get through to the SF of the FA Cup

DGW34 maybe just Bournemouth, Palace, Everton

    Bournemouth at home this season:

    13 goals scored.
    18 big chances.

    Bournemouth away:

    23 goals.
    34 big chances.

Why isn't no one talking about how Bournemouth really struggle at home ahead of this double?!?!

The same happened for Wolves vs Sheffield United.

So they're playing the two worst teams in the league, Sheff overall just terrible and Luton awful away from home. With that in mind surely Bournemouth's home form/stats might go out the window a little.

If it's not for a hit then just straight switch to another Bournemouth defender I guess. I'm toying with the idea of it being worth a hit to bring in Zabarnayi for a hit now...but not sure.

It’s for a hit as I brought Son in.

I’m ok with a hit but want the right one, it’s either for a Bournemouth defender or straight to Richards from Palace (in prep for 34 if they double) & have all the money in the bank for Salah in 30.

Not sure what makes the most sense, attack this week or get Salah for free in 30 and C him.

If I get a Bournemouth defender I’ll have to take another hit in 30 to fund Salah, with Richards I won’t have to.

I think attack the double this week then take a hit for Salah. Can't see palace keeping a clean sheet against Luton and Bournemouth have decent fixtures for a few weeks so could easily pay off.

No problem getting Foden or Salah back in after 29.
        1) I have enough cash
        2) also have WC

Salah plays tonight in EL. Not long but he looked good.
I think he will start.. but it’s a risk..
It’s home for Salah .. he loves Anfield.

        Foden in super-form!
        So very tricky..

But I think Bowen is a good buy now.
I need him In 29.. but burnley is a good fix

Salah will be more of a differential I'm sure. But it's a gamble.
Both could return, it's pretty much a coin toss given their form and capability.
If you're happy Salah starts then ditch Foden I reckon. I never go without Salah so can't argue against him! And Bowen is a great shout given form and fixture.
I'm tempted to get him in for Kdb but then have even more of a benching headache.

    Areola / Dubravka

    Gabriel / Saliba / Reguilon / Ake / Taylor

    KDB / Saka / Groß / Palmer / Richarlison

    Haaland / Watkins / Darwin

    1ft 0.6itb

    a) Darwin > Solanke
    b) The above and Ake > Doughty (-4)
    c) Wildcard

    Saka, Foden, Palmer, Son
    Watkins, Haaland, Solanke (c)

    Dubravka, Gordon, Porro, Taylor

    1ft 2.8itb

Fairly set on FH in gw29 with this squad

For this week Ake to Zabarnyi will likely be the move. Yes or no to this?

    Any other suggestions?

That team is exactly the same as mine and I’m keeping Ake and doing Porro to a Bournemouth defender. Also fh’ing in 29

    Hi all.
If I bought Porro for 5.3 and have a selling price of 5.5 and he drops tonight (to 5.6) am I ok to maintain my 5.5 selling price?
    Thanks

Gap 5.3 to 5.5 needs to at least equal current price from 5.5 so no if 5.6

Is this a viable strategy for the next couple?
    GW28 (-4 taken)
    Areola
    Doughty* Zabarnyi* Gabriel
    Saka Son Bowen Palmer
    Watkins Morris* Solanke*
    (Leno Barkley* Estu Porro)

    GW29 (no hit)
    Areola
    Doughty Porro
    Bowen Barkley Son
    Watkins Morris(C) Toney

Leaves 11.9m ITB to do Barkley > Salah for 30, WC31

Bowen and Watkins don't have pens but have good fixtures. Son playing CF and on pens. Saka has the form and on pens. Maybe Palmer due to tougher fixture but he has pens...

    a) Estu + Alvarez -> Zabarnyi + Solanke (FH29)
    b) Estu + Alvarez + Gross + Haaland -> Doughty + Bowen + Solanke + Morris -8 (Will have 7 players for GW29 without further hits e.g. Foden -> Son)

    Areola*
    VVD - Gabriel - Estu

After sitting outside the top 1M for the first time in six to seven years this late in the game I threw my toys out the pram and didn't change my team last week. After Sunday night I rushed to do Estupinan & De Bruyne to Senesi & Son (for free).

I didn't check Senesi's minutes and missed the injury (I'd be at the gym for 3 hours during the game being on) and missed his 11 mins as I only went looking for a YC (this was always a planned transfer.

I want to do Semenyo > Solanke (-4) but should I also do Senesi > Kerkez for another hit? The alternatives are; Trippier* & Porro*

Senesi won't play at all in 28. Kerkez (or Smith or Zabarny) will likely play both (2x2), and will likely keep a CS against SHU.
So yes, whilst rule 1 says don't hit for a defender, I reckon it pays off here.
I'd keep Porro & Tripp if I had them both, at least until after the blank

A unless Porro is fit and leaves out Doughty

Lutons defense is the 2nd highest in the league for goals conceded away from home (29) to Sheff Utd (and Bournemouth's 30

But Bournemouth have only scored 12 at home (in 12), and conceded 18

Id say Gusto if I knew he'd keep his place for rest of season but I guess James will be back soon. They have two doubles to come I think so maybe worth a punt.
Udogie good for now but has a real tough run of fixtures to come.
Ait-Nouri the nailed pick with mixed fixtures and a double.
A if you don't want to have to change him again and B if you are happy to risk James taking minutes away from him in the not so distant future.
James will prob get injured after 12mins on the pitch anyway I guess.

I ditched Moreno for Doughty as I think Digne is eating in to his game time and that may get worse. -4 could still pay off given his attacking threat.

Moreno has gone off early every time he gets a yellow so getting a -1 is very frustrating.

Particularly the two very close VAR, one a swear they got their angle wrong
