Out of his pajamas and back in the studio, Granville and I reconvene after another dull international break to resume ScoutCast duties.

Arsenal’s new playmaker dominates, with the pair of us coveting Santi Cazorla’s charms and competing for his affections, whilst, in the back of our minds, wondering if we’re being taken in.

Robin Van Persie also gets some oxygen – don’t worry, that’s not oxygen treatment – he’s just the subject of this week’s discussion as we chew the fat on the “essential” debate that appears to rage on as the Gamweek’s roll by. The regulars all find their place amongst the merriment, as heat is turned up on the mini-league and mini-game struggle between myself and Mancunian magic man.

    just wondering what you're doing with the boy Ramirez?
    
    Sadly I’m 0.1 off Hangeland, Michu and Ramirez to Wilson, Walters and Bale for next week, so I will either have to sell Johnson or keep Michu. It all depends on how much longer Ramirez is going to be out for.
    
    So it may have to be Michu, Ramirez and Johnson to Walters, Bale and Morrison/Lallana. Other option is get Nolan this week, and rotate him with Walters and play Kebe or a defender every week. (or else sell Nolan in 2 weeks)

      I like Lallana, Michu & Nolan right now and for the forseeable future, they are all really good value. Can't really recommend any Stoke players.
      
      Thinking of something like
      
      Fellaini & Ramirez -> Santigold & Lallana
      
      Or a transfer involving Nasri. Whatever happens I'm waiting until Saturday morning, I've learnt the hard way.

        Problem is, I really can't stomach not having Bale for SOT and wig, especially as my main rival has him, so I need to do something to facilitate that move, keeping Michu rules out both Nolan and Walters.
        
        Walters' underlying stats suggest he is on the verge of exploding and Stoke do have nice fixtures. My other option is ignore them both and do Ramirez and Johnson to Bale and Lallana/Morrison

        I have thought long and hard about Lennon. Just not sure the potential is actually there. Maybe I should go and make a table looking at the threat of the Spurs mids.

        I made said table. Lennon does create more chances than Bale. Bale has 3 times as many shots as the next Spurs mid down.
        
        Thoughts on keeping Johnson over Michu? If I get Lennon I will have 8.5 to spend on a mid, which implies I should go for Bafa, but I'm thinking about going cheaper and getting Nolan/Walters/Lallana.Morrison so I can do Berba to Ba in GW11 given the fixtures

        Michu all day. Johnson hasn't settled fully just yet at Sunderland. They're so pragmatic at the minute I just can't see them creating many chances.

Thinking about these 2 options:
1) Wilson, Yaya, Giroud (will be Ba in GW10)
2) Wilson, Santi, Lambert (gives me the option to do Tevez out, Aguero in GW10)

I have no idea which one is better. What do you think?

May have to do the unthinkable and part with Berba in GW11. Got RvP, Jelly and Berba up top atm, and it's ok for the next few but GW11 RvP's fixtures turn awesome so he stays.
