No. There is no way this is the most effective use of your transfer this week. If you really want Salah, take a hit. » Read

Been working on a checklist to stop kneejerk transfers. 1. Why did you buy the guy you have in the first place? 2. Why are you replacing him? 3. What has changed from #1 that makes you want to get rid? 4. Who are you replacing him with? Why? 5. Are the reasons in #4 significantly better than #1? Foden 1. He's playing as part of the front 3 for City. They are the top scorers, he has very good attacking numbers when he starts. 2. Replacing because there are other value picks like Grealish, Rodriguez, Barkley. Has not returned big yet. 3. Not much has changed. Returns haven't been great I guess. Foden has started all of the first 4 games he's played. And now he has two better fixtures after some tough ones. 4. Rodriguez. Everton are great, fixtures are good, he could be on pens. 5. Better but I would not say significantly and the fixture swing for City could be big. Jimenez 1. He's the Wolves forward and has amazing fixtures. On pens. 2. Replacing him with the hottest striker ass… » Read

A smooth week at last. 81 points even without Kane and benching Saiss. Did not have a captain fail! » Read

Yeah I meant like Wolves don't look like they're gonna score a bunch of goals. I hope their solidity at the back continues to go unnoticed. 2 clean sheets in 2 now. I'm suddenly very happy with my double Wolves defense for NEW CRY. » Read

Home/away stuff is all basically pointless imo. Mane scored 18/22 goals at home in 18/19. » Read

Nope. Would find some money to get Trossard or Barkley. But better yet, go all the way up to Grealish/Rodriguez. » Read

GW8 is looking a bit of a disaster for a number of teams. Liverpool - City ManUtd - Everton Arsenal - Villa So many teams built on these players. Only Spurs and Chelsea have good fixtures. Would definitely advise getting more Spurs and Chelsea before that week so you have some high potential scorers... » Read

I almost never take suggestions from here. Not that the advice is bad, but because when you're really undecided, so are the other people as well. And as you say, if you play the game seriously, there are some obvious decisions where one option is clearly better. I always have my own ideas and play my own game. I'm on here to discuss players and teams, learn about new stuff I didn't know before (pressers/injury news) and help others. Helping others especially is an underrated way of improving your own game. By making unbiased decisions for others, you start to see where they have strengths you don't and where you might want to improve your own team. » Read

Neither. Players aren't supposed to get injured. Also I have a feeling Kane might get a rare rest for Europa League or at least managed minutes. Just building team value where I can. » Read

Grealish. The comparison tool between them is pretty interesting. Rodriguez's average position is quite discouraging. » Read

Why would you do that lol. I'm deliberately waiting on James > Robbo next week so I don't have bench headache for this one 😛 Lamptey starts imo. » Read

Seems a wasteful FT unless you have 2 and 1 to burn. Surely there are more important moves you can make that have a real impact on your starting XI. » Read
