Lol Cancelo > Cresswell. Are people really considering this... I'm looking to buy Cancelo. Their next fixtures are wba SHU bur. He will get rotated occasionally, but he will start more often. He has been one of their best players this season. If you really are rotation averse, Cancelo > Dias I guess could be a move but I am keeping double City defense for sure. » Read
Very interesting Cup H2H this week. Me: Martinez, Coufal, James (Bamford), Zouma (Dallas), Salah, KdB
Him: Cancelo, Soucek, Cresswell, Justin, Vardy He has a 2 point lead. I wonder if I'm even favored here. » Read
5 at the back is not sustainable long term. The pricing structure FPL means that playing like that will not be worth it long term imo because midfielders in the mid-price 5.5-7.0m category are poor and you will be forced to pick a few if you go 5 ATB. » Read
Pick your starting XI. Then see if any transfers can improve on that. If your transfers don't make a difference to your XI save FT. If they do, make them. (I broke my own rule this week by doing Zouma > Mitchell but it was because I want to retain my high team value and Zouma is dropping and Mitchell rising) » Read
I don't think VvD is THAT good. Especially post lockdown last season and before he got injured. Remember that he was part of that backline that shipped 7 vs Villa. He has amazing range of passing and is dominant in the air and fast too, but he does have a tendency to get complacent and relies on his speed to bail him out of certain situations. I think there is genuine argument that Dias is the better defender. Although his range of passing is not as good that's for sure. » Read
I think every single player in the game that doesn't have Mitchell yet should be buying him this week or next as long as they don't have huge issues (most people are in good shape I imagine). Some reasons: 1. He's 3.9m. Perfect 5th defender.
2. PvA contract talks are stalling and his performances have been poor. I can see Palace moving to secure Mitchell as the future LB.
3. Mitchell gives you funds to remain flexible and move where you need to. Downgrading from a BB defense or even someone like Dallas can be worth it.
4. He has great fixtures for the next few: WHU WOL new lee BUR
5. He has a fantastic DGW 26 fixture of FUL. So he's a great person to have for a BB if you still have that. We want Man United to BEAT Liverpool in the FA cup and then proceed past West Ham then he'll have a DGW as well! » Read
I wish I could say I thought about it, but I didn't. He was my only City defender, and considering their surety of getting clean sheets in these two fixtures, I should've considered it a little more. Oh well, Salah TC it is. Hoping I get at least 10. But even if I don't, it's already better than last year's Mane TC debacle. » Read

No way I'm benching Antonio. Would rather bench one of the defenders. Maybe Chilwell. Really awful bench headache you've given yourself. » Read
