  1. How I'm planning to kickstart my faltering FPL season 12 hours, 54 mins ago

This is a question I'm really struggling with.I'm currently trying to make a choice between getting just one of these,OR getting 2 AND Robertson on a WC at the expense of KDB.It's a question of whether they are good enough to match KDB. So far they have been but there's also the Rodri factor...Currently leaning towards Pulisic + Maddi/Martial but really stumped of I'm honest » Read

If you'd asked me if I'd take a 56k rank by this stage of the season at the start, I would have said yes without a doubt. But since I was sitting at 12k two weeks ago, it feels slightly bittersweet.I don't think I've been playing that well either.I got lucky with a Bilva hat-trick, KDB vice captaincy points and getting on Vardy early.Captaincy has been good though.Averaging 14.3 per GW only putting the armband on Salah and Sterling » Read

I think you've summarised the present struggles well!I think your suggestion of KDB over Sterling allows you to get three rather than four of Pulisic + Martial + Maddison + Jimenez which is quite enticing... » Read

I'm gonna spout some words that vaguely resemble a plan. Here's my team: Henderson, Button Trent, Lundstram, Soy, Rico, Saïss Sterling, Salah, KDB, Mount, Nakamba Vardy, Abraham, Connolly.Currently I have 1 FT and 1.6 ITB. I'm planning to bring a keeper in for this week to replace Button, then wildcard next week, looking at something like:Hendo, Button Double Liv, Lund, Soy, Taylor Salah, Sterling, Pulisic, Maddison, Nakamba Vardy, Abraham, Mousset.Do you think there's enough worth changing there? (Taking into account the one week keeper transfer)Since I'm an old-fashioned "never ditch Salah + Sterling" kinda guy, I'm not expecting another time before Christmas where I'll require as significant a change as this move, and I'm a big fan of the Robbo+Trent double up » Read

Stats-wise, Pulisic is on fire and Mount really isn't.But given City is the next game I'm happy to give Mount one more chance as I don't expect a huge double figure score from Pulisic this week, and if Mount can get his early form back, then he's worth keeping » Read

  20. Wolves excel in a 3-4-3 again as owners await further Jimenez injury news 3 days, 5 hours ago

You're right in that it's possible I'm being too stubborn. But the reasoning is as far from "following the crowd" as it can be.The main reason I'm keeping him is that he's bossing the underlying stats. If the previous 5 gameweeks were replayed 100 times I think Sterling would finish ahead of the cheaper options way more often than they would finish above Sterling. » Read
