  1. Scout Network: How does the International break impact your FPL planning? 12 days, 21 hours ago

Agreed and maybe some day in the future the weekend fixtures are PSG v Liverpool and Man U v Barcelona in the super duper European Super Duper League meanwhile Leeds v Everton in the football league.............I would suspect that if the match was at Goodison or Elland Road there would be a full house and nobody would be missing the so called elite at all. » Read

No what we have is a league where barring maybe the likes of Fulham and West Brom anyone can beat anyone on a given day because they way income is shared allows most teams to buy players who can compete. Man U owners are panicking because they can see chance of winning the league is zero and better run clubs like Wolves, Everton, Leicester etc might finish above them even though allegedly one in five of the worlds population support them.......... (didn't know Devon was that big!). Under their Project Power Grab proposals the Big 6 get much stronger and guarantee top 6 each year and Europe. Also they get to win all non 6 teams comfortably, what they don't seem to appreciate is that this is boring and people will stop watching. Also very interesting that Man U and Liverpool cheerleaders Neville and Carra have remained silent so far ? » Read

The reason the Premier League is so watchable is that it is more competitive than Spain or Italy where a lot of the big clubs have some easy wins. Because the smaller clubs still get decent income they can buy players who can compete certainly in a one off game against the big teams. So Villa can beat Liverpool 7-2 but they will never finish above them. If the big clubs get even bigger there will be more boring I’ve sided games and people will stop watching. Personally I’d be quite happy if the big 6 buggered off to form a European Mickey Mouse League and let many traditional clubs like Villa, Leeds, Wolves etc have a chance of being champions of England as in the good old days before Petrol States, Oligarchs and wealthy Americans got involved. » Read

So 2 free transfers this week and thinking Hauge to Zach and Berisha to Junker current team Current team - Makani - Ruud, Desler, Hedenstad - Zinck, Hauge, Saltnes, Pelle, Bytyqi - Berisha, Kjartansson - bench Kongs, Hegghein, Daaland, Tveter Any other obvious moves ? » Read

  5. State of Fulham defence bodes well for Wolves options in Gameweek 4 26 days, 14 hours ago

Move would be dependent on positive news from Nuno. If Podence is out I’ll probably switch to Soucek he looked very good against Wolves although they have terrible fixtures. Hopefully Podence is ok, didn’t sound too serious. » Read

You have exactly the same team as me except I have Anguista instead of Burke. I’m either rolling transfer or doing Werner to Ings thought Werner was centre forward but looks like Fat Frank views him as an expensive winger ! » Read

Thanks for the response, you might be right about BG after title win and if Hauge goes that might impact the others. Agreed I'm waiting on Berisha and Bytqi before making any move. » Read

I agree everyone seems to have the same team and risky to not Captain Zinck each week, I went Berisha two weeks ago and it cost me. The Hauge transfer might spice things up a bit, probably I'll move to Junker with three up front. The big hitters seem very consistent in Norway, the BG boys and Pelle mainly which has made this season a bit predictable, the Fridge was a fun differential when he appeared but then his injury had me back to 5 in midfield. I think i probably just need to get lucky with the chips and will save until the end to make the run in fun. » Read

By some ridiculous luck I currently sit 21st in the world and top in England, makes up for my abysmal FPL start ! Current team - Makani - Ruud, Desler, Hedenstad - Zinck, Hauge, Saltnes, Pelle, Bytyqi - Berisha, Kjartansson - bench Kongs, Hegghein, Daaland, Tveter Two transfers this week and not sure which way to go, any suggestions from the locals ? need to wait on Berisha and Bytyqi injuries first I guess. All chips left except the wildcard. Thanks in advance. » Read
