But looking at the captain poll and twitter, it seems the momentum has swung to Salah for captaincy, so even with the ownership difference, I am not sure how clear it is. » Read

But what you mean is that you are tempted to C Salah because of lower ownership? Didn't quite catch your point. » Read

The Salah vs Mane TC debate; Salah: +Penalties +Form +High shot count -Played 90 mins -Worse baseline bonus points Mane: +High quality chances +High consistency this season incl. spread of points (ahead of Salah on total points) +Decent bps +Was subbed at 82nd minute so may be – slightly – fresher -Couple of blanks recently/potentially slightly off form -No penalties -Lower number of chances/shots/selfishness Anything missing? I am really torn on which to captain… (am 20k in the world but don’t really want to choose based on ownership – just highest exp points) » Read

  5. Everton's budget FPL assets underline appeal but tricky fixtures lie in wait 7 days, 10 hours ago

Yeah.. that's the big pull for Salah. I didn't get to watch the game live yesterday (or today, I am in Asia) but Mane looked threatening, even if Salah did have a few chances as well. Mane coming off a bit before 90 could mean he is slightly more favored to play for longer in the next game (prob. grasping at straws). Underlying tends to favor Salah, but Mane usually quite lethal.. Sigh. It's going to go to the wire. » Read

  9. What Warren Buffett can teach us about Fantasy Premier League 17 days, 10 hours ago

Captain choices this week that I am pondering - thoughts welcome! 1) Vardy. The obvious one, playing SOU at home, lethal and on pens. Default choice but: a) Played 90mins wednesday eve and has a Sat 3pm game, b) SOU look better defensively and will want revenge after the 9-0, c) Ndidi out and Maddison doubtful 2) Jimenez. Penalties and consistent scorer, playing an awful Newcastle side who have been hit by injuries. No mid-week game, so fresh for this weekend 3) Martial. Playing an open and leaky Norwich side at home - the kind of open game style Man Unied thrive in. Played only a bit in mid-week, so should be ready and up for the game Not considering KdB and Mane this week but they could obviously smash it. » Read
