My midfield is also the same barring Martial, I have KDB and I'm quite satisfied wiv having that security of being able to rotate from a 3-4-3 to 3-5-2 without much concern Kun is temptation personified atm but the fear of putting the Cap on him only to get shafted by pep roulette or having a late sub appearance and the ripple effect of that should he further not score/assist is making me keep clear of him...for now at least. My thinking is Pep will want to finish the season with a respectable points gap between them and Pool and of course secure 2nd spot whilst prioritizing the UCL. Leicester require a Man City-esq approach in terms of selection.
For city, its kdb as the more likely to play to avoid the pep roulette.
For Leicester, it is similar in that its Vardy or bust. Leicester , of course, dont have the rotation roulette of city but their assets are no longer as reliable as before.
Maddison will always be a good option on paper, but not reliable for consistency in point returns unfortunately. Defensive assets, for me , if you have soy/evans, i wouldn't ditch unless youre looking at holgate or a Brighton def. In all honesty, defensive assets, baring pool, are hit and miss across the league.
Newcastle/Watford(punty), Brighton (for fixtures) and Everton the most interesting options for to go with a pool def and Lord Lund( or is it time to ship him ?) Nah the captain option is frustrating AF but is needed for the game , yes the dead zone teams annoy at times with their set cpts but overall you are expected to pick the best xi for the gws and the captain option is also to help those boring c&nts that cant think for themselves so just make their teams clones of others. An improvement would be to bring the vice captain into importance, eithee giving an extra point or perhaps changing the rules for it such that should yout selected captain not start the vice immediately becomes captain.
