  1. FPL Double Gameweek 21 round-up: Sunday review, injury news and the things we learned 14 days, 6 hours ago

I just watched the highlights again to be sure. Sorry mate but i strongly disagree. Ederson doesnt touch the ball at all its a clear penalty. Bilva starts falling before Xhaka grabs his shirt. Spurs fan so trust me, I have no Arsenal love and didnt support any team in this game but I m trying to watch the games as objectively as I can. Those two incidents were very clear to me in the VAR area, maybe not easy for the referee to decide. » Read

Exactly my point, this is a penalty that when given, the defending team should place the ball to the spot themselves, without any word. Human mistakes can happen but these decisions are not human mistakes. And problem is that there is consistency in those human mistakes, I m surprised the teams' boards don't take any action. » Read

It could be a red or a yellow, depending on the VAR's instructions. Unfortunately this wasnt their biggest mistake, Arsenal should have a clear penalty whereas MCI got a penalty which in my opinion was not even 50-50, and Spurs second consecutive week have two clear penalties denied. I expect today MUN to get sth as well. VAR just took the responsibility off the referee but again certain teams get help. » Read

  4. Watford v Spurs team news: Lucas joins Son and Kane in front three 16 days, 1 hour ago

I think all those stats are more confusing than helping. Just transfer in the players you believe will score points and captain the one you believe will score the most points. Sounds simple, but the more info we analyse the more difficult it becomes to make a rational decision. » Read

With Burnley having 4 games to give, Spurs 3 games etc, shouldnt we expect more doubles next week? Dont remember if this happened before but if a game is announced after the deadline does it count for this GW? » Read

  7. The James injury latest as FPL exodus awaits Chelsea defenders 18 days, 7 hours ago

I believe teams can make a game postponed, when a game is postponed because X team has many cases, we do not really know which players are out, could be 8 or 14, we just see an announcement. All i m saying is that if I were a Watford manager, I would definitely not field youngsters for the doubles, I would wait for my well paid players to return and play the games that will be critical for the teams survival. Plus football wise as a PL fan, I would prefer to see the top players of the league play as many games as possible rather than reading the starting lineup and not recognise half of the names. Officially, no teams do not get a say of course and we may see many doubles today, I do not know how many of them will actually take place or how many players will play all games with only 3 subs available per game and after a very instense football December schedule. » Read

  8. The James injury latest as FPL exodus awaits Chelsea defenders 18 days, 7 hours ago

Expecting DGW news when we dont even have a single whole GW played for a long time, isnt is highly probable that some teams (e.g. Watford, Leicester) with many players out injured or going to AFCON will not want to play the doubles now? So maybe their games will again be postponed? Watford will want Sarr and Dennis back when they play the critical games, Leicester same for their defenders and attackers who are all out, whats the point of playing extra games now, i dont think they are in a rush. » Read
